Awesome service and great selection. We had a weekend in Hay and I had to visit the local butcher to see what they had that was different. These guy's do some great stuff. We tried their pork chops, continental sausages and mocked chicken legs. The better half and I both agreed to the pork loin chops were the best we have ever had. I overdone the mocked chicken legs slightly in the airfryer but enjoyed them still. They are a minced lamb moulded around a popstick and crumbed. The continental sausages were awesome, just a fraction salty for my liking. If we lived in Hay, this would 100% be our go to. I am looking forward to shopping here again next time we visit Hay. Big thumbs up. Highly recommend.

Totally worth 5 stars. Old school small town butchers. Always fresh meat sausages and rissoles made on site. Owners are very knowledgeable and can answer just about all questions. Get all your knives and utensils from their wide range. S ok much range for a small butchers.

Bought their jalapeno & sour cream snags while passing through Hay. What a killer sausage, just sorry I only bought 4.
