Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Darren. I was in a car accident friday and he stayed by my side the whole time keeping me calm and making sure I was ok while the ambulance came. I love finding a business where the customer is actually looked after. 1st of all, they actually answered the phone, always a good start. 2nd, they had the price ready and hassle free, and that price was also more affordable than others. 3rdly, super punctual, I said 11am pickup and sure enough they were there. 4th and foremost, the level of care given to ensure the car was transported safely and loaded and unloaded without any issues was beyond what others have done. I don't like having to get a Tow at all, but I'm glad I know Darren from Rod's Towing is around. Thanks again

I used Rods Towing just today, and hinest, the customer service is just impeccable. From the admin guys to the drivers, you absolutely cannot fault their service. They have gone above and beyond to help me and they were so prompt with towing my car, within 15 minutes of finishing the phone call, they had gotten my keys and they were on their way to tow my car back home.

Got my truck and trailer stuck in Yamanto when the lazy axle left the drive wheels spinning in mid-air over a big gutter. One of Rod's guys came within the hour and got me mobile in a few minutes. Very friendly and helpful guy and cheap too. Highly recommend

I have used rod numerous times over the last 10-12 years, from moving heavy industrial trailers, brand new unregistered vehicles and 20 foot shipping containers. I highly recommend Rod. He is prompt, communicative and sincere. He has always gone above and beyond in making sure the loads are safe, on time, everyone involved knows where and when things are being picked up and dropped off, and he is professional and courteous.
