Timeout Fishing Charters

Absolutely superb experience - caught about 3 kilos (mostly King George) with my 10 year old son. Peter and Riley were the best in teaching us (our first time fishing) and in assisting with lines and bait. Fish all cleaned up and filleted on the way back. Will definitely return back. Thank you

Very good service. Peter and Rieley were both very kind, funny and patient. They didn't stay in one spot but kept moving and chasing school of fish. We had an amazing fishing experience and got lots of fish and different varieties, including two gummy sharks. Will definitely come back again and recommend to anyone who wants to go fishing charters.

What a great experience with the right people. The crew were absolutely wonderful. There mannerism and reasurrence while fishing for the first time was wonderful for the children. For our first family fishing experience i highly recommend going on this trip, we caught so many fish and enjoyed seeing seals also.

I was incredibly impressed with Timeout Charters. Every year, we get a charter at San Remo at Xmas but we are holidaying in Rye and thought we’d try a new boat. Peter was extremely welcoming and professional from the start.

We were pulling in flatheads in by the bucketloads and Peter (and his able bodied assistant) were there immediately to take the fish and rebait the hook. There was biscuits and drinks (hot & cold).

We even had an unexpected visit to where a seal group were putting on a show. When we finally finished, Peter had even filleted all out fish which we ended up feasting on that evening.

I highly recommend this Charter for anyone who wants a fish, wants a beautiful ride across the bay and wants a comfortable experience to remember. My family looks forward to returning soon!

Went out today with Pete and Nathan. What a great experience. Snacks, lunch and plenty of fish that were cleaned and filited. We even stopped to view the dolphins. Excellent value for money. Many thanks.

The best fishing experience we could have asked for to celebrate my partners 25th birthday. Staff are super friendly, very experienced! Got food and drinks provided throughout the whole trip! Will definitely be using Timeout again!

My family had a fantastic time. Captain Peter and his crew were excellent and extremely helpful. We had an awesome time with good catches (we wish we could catch more!!). Our son being the youngest boat passenger on board caught the biggest catch of the day and was extremely happy with his two big catches! Thank you for the memorable experiences and also for cleaning and filleting our fish catches!

First time on a fishing tour, and wasn't sure what to expect. So it was a pleasant experience that we had an amazing mornining out on the bay. Our host and captain, Peter, was knowledgeable and attentive. We had a great haul of flathead as well as see a bit of local maratime history. I highly recommend his services, and especially for first time fishers.

We went yesterday,had a fantastic time 😁. Peter and Nathan were just the best, making us feel welcome and helping us with the fish. I came home with 6 fish, caught a lot more but they were too small to keep 🤣 We will definitely be making it a more regular thing to do! Thanks guys! 😀

My charter was an awesome experience. Captain Peter was so helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He steered us to many locations, when someone hooked on he was right there to unhook, add more bait and assist the youngsters on board. He also provided coffee, biscuits and a little later bbq sausages. He found the time to get to know me and share his interests, all the while keeping our lines in the water.
Caught many flathead, Peter cleaned and filleted them at end of the trip.
I was so impressed I’ve booked another charter for tomorrow.

Pete and Tracy are amazing just not a standard fishing charter

I went as part of a group of seven and had a fantastic time. Some of us had never fished before but walked away with lots of fish and a big smile ! The boat was comfortable, had a full canopy, and there was even a toilet on board.
The skipper knew all the best spots to fish and made sure to make the best of the weather conditions.
Deckhand Nathan was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and assisted with baiting, setting the lines and landing the catch for those who needed assistance. The crew were very professional and friendly.
There was food - a bbq - and drinks ( non-alcoholic) available.
All fish were cleaned and bagged.
We all left happy and with plenty of fish. We'll be back !

Went out in Timeout Fishing Charters and had such a great experience once again and this time took my partner who caught her very first fish, we had such a great experience we will definitely return again and would highly recommend using Timeout Fishing Charters if ever your in the area and Peter and his Deckhand are so amazing and helpful and we went home with a good amount of fish. Thankyou for such a great experience can’t wait to return soon for another fish .
