I walked in not knowing much at all about what I needed or what to expect but by they took the time to explain everything, set me up on my new bike and teach me everything I needed to know about how it all works and what I needed to do to maintain it.

I have been shopping and trialling e-bikes for a number of weeks (unsure of the right bike for me) and randomly called into the Rye Bike shop (90km for home after a game of golf). I looked a number of bikes and ended up buying the first one that was recommended to me based on my requirements - after a test ride with Johnny showing me the local hills - it was a perfect fit and I bought the bike - it was an easy choice based on performance and accessories to buy the Avanti Explorer E1. Thanks for making it such a good experience and getting me the right bike. Thoroughly recommend this team and it is really worth the drive to Rye to get a great deal and get an honest assessment of what to buy. Highly recommend Johnny, Will and the crew at Rye Bike Shop.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I’d been to a few other bike shops on the peninsula and was basically treated as a tyre kicker. John took the time to explain mtbs to me and I bought my bike from here. Been back a few times and all the staff are exceptional , whoever assists you. 10/10

Very good local bike shop with lots of choice good advice and sensible prices. What really impressed me was the service. Last week I broke two spokes on my bike, I bought it in at about 4 pm. At 10:30 the next morning they had the bike fixed with a brand-new wheel, adjusted a gear, washed and ready to roll. Outstanding.

I have to say how nice it is to have a local shop/business that treats their Customer the old fashioned way. The Staff here go above and beyond to help with any enquiry/service/product/question's you may have & give RYE BIKE SHOP a 10 out of 10 - I highly recommend this business a big 'THUMBS UP' to Will - I wouldn't shop anywhere else - CHEERS jojo

Excellent service and excellent value for the service provided. Needed my bike checked after taking it on from my son (moved to Canada).
Respecting the good condition the bike was obviously in they fixed the front tube and charged me just for that - and delivered it home for me!

By chance we went to rye bike shop after looking at Ebikes in pretty much every other bike shop on and around the mton peninsula- John was the first person who actually spent time with us and asked us what we wanted and why and took my partner for a 10min ride to make sure she was comfortable with and suited to the bike which no other bike shop had done or offered
When your spending that sort of money, this level of service is exactly what you want

the rye bike shop is the perfect bike shop to go buy a bike or any biking equipment, they have a great range of bikes, equipment etc. They can service your bike, the staff are really nice, kind, considerate and helpful! there is honestly nothing bad I could say about this shop!
