Shane was very helpful and thorough in diagnosing the cause of a damp problem and talking through the options available. As the job progressed, Shane provided regular updates and when we realised that additional work was required, he provided a very reasonable variation to accommodate this change. He and his team were a pleasure to have on site, left the work area tidy at the end of each day, protected the paving and cladding around a tight work area, and the finished work has fixed our problem.

Shane had to negotiate 4 tenants in our block to get the job done and was so respectful the whole time. The end result was fantastic. Shane and Mick did a great job fixing our salt affected brickwork and mortar problem. He went to great trouble to match the brick and mortar on our 40+year old house and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Thank you for your efforts guys.
