I visit often. Don’t always find what I need but the staff do their best to assist. Big tick!

Friendliness and respect goes a long way for those customers who don’t practise this and complain.

Love this shop,I can usually find what I'm looking for. The staff are always very helpful and are lovely to my young granddaughter

Wanted to buy a damaged mirror, manager wouldn’t even take a dollar off the price of $489-
and was rude! They had another round one I wanted for $420- and found the same online for $199-
So shop around!

I had the same experience Nerida had a year ago- went to return a costume that didn’t fit (it said it fit 3-4 year olds and it didn’t fit my small 3 year old). Wanted to exchange, they not only refused but the woman started shouting and also accused me of falsifying the bank record I used as proof of purchase. 2 other customers interjected to say that they did indeed have to exchange the item under consumer law as it is not fit for purpose however she refused. Avoid this place at all costs.

Extremely rude staff. Refused to exchange the size of a costume I bought for my son ($60 costume that was sized completely incorrectly). Do not shop here!

Scolded me in a rude manner. Never come here if you want actual good service.

Went there to return a costume that didn’t fit (after being up sold an adult size costume for a child), and didn’t contain the headband that it said was included on the front of the bag. Was refused a refund or an exchange. Very rude and aggressive owner. Will not be returning.

Would be a great store, but unfortunately the staff are RUDE and have no customer service. I purchased a product, which broke within minutes of leaving store. Walked straight back in to exchange as it was faulty and I was refused an exchange! She actually was yelling about it. Shocked. For the sake of $5 (probably cost them $1) you would just exchange it to keep customers happy (plus the product was clearly faulty!). Instead, yell at your customers saying it's their fault.... won't be shopping there again! Absolutely disgraceful.

Tried to return an item that broke the same day we bought it. The woman behind the counter refused an exchange or refund. Best to avoid this place if you can.

Has some good products and cheap. But the staff attitude is terrible. This will harm their business in the long run so I hope they learn to be polite and courteous as anyone in society must be. We are all just trying to get by day to day after all!

Staff aren’t helpful. If you ask if they have something they will say no, if you find it and say they do have it they say don’t touch unless you but it, not helpful. This store is very unfriendly and unhelpful.
