Alpine Retreat Mt Buller

Great staff. Shout out to Jamie who was super friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and warm. Great hot water and heating. Recommend stay if you want fuss free accommodation

Stayed at the start of September with my daughter, hospitality of friendliness of the staff was nothing short of exceptional! Found reception very helpful, with any queries that we had.
The food was fantastic. A plate of food, was a plate of food! Struggled to finish most of the time!
Very very relaxing and enjoyable stay! Only issue was,I should have booked an extra couple days!
Look forward to coming back next season and staying for longer!

Great place to stay in the summer. Room was clean and neat. Staff are super friendly, great location. Nice to have the bar and restaurant in the same place. Food is great and very reasonably priced for the location.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Alpine Retreat in Mt Buller. Super friendly and helpful staff. Bar and restaurant has fantastic food with great vibes. I'm gluten free and dairy intolerant and they had plenty of nice options for breakfast and dinner. The steak was one of the best I've ever had. Couldn't be in a better spot, walking distance to the main village and an in-house ski hire for convenience. I will certianly be coming here again next season, would highly recommend!

Room 405 is very nice. The service attitude of the staff is good. Near the ski field. Excellent value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alpine Retreat. We were made to feel very welcome. I'm sure you could find more swish places, but Alpine seemed to be a hub during the off-season, with a popular pub and restaurant downstairs. Good location too.

This property is excellent value for money, especially when booked well ahead of time. The staff is very warm and hospitable and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

For added convenience there's an excellent restaurant, a drying room and a ski/board rental shop on the property too. This looks like it's my new favourite hotel on Buller!

Stayed here during Targa High Country. Lovely little ski lodge, great food at the restaurant and staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere for a get away holidays, great staff and everything was so close. Kids friendly, restaurant and bars was awesome. Definitely recommended this place to everyone.

These guys are insane. They go above and beyond, every time, for every customer. For only two of them running the place, I’m genuinely impressed every time I come here. Keep it up fellas

Great place for kids with pool and games room. Ski hire guy was a big help with everything. Our room was very quiet and well equipped. Great value for somewhere so close (easy walking distance) to the village.

A staple of Mt. Buller, food and drink is well priced and service is amazing. Always make sure to stop in here when me and my family go on our yearly trip. Not to miss.

Went for a few drinks, enjoyed watching the band playing live. Enjoyable front of house set up and good choice of acts. Planning to attend again.

Great place to be for Skiing! Both Adult and Children enjoyed it. Facilities are a plenty and as well as food .

Good location, it has a pub and restaurant, Cosy - no need to go anywhere.
