Ipswich Caravan Village

I stayed here when I first relocated to QLD. Lovely staff. Well maintained, quiet and within 10mins to major Ipswich shopping locations. I had a cabin. Double bed and bunks. Cabin was neat and tidy. I was comfortable. I recommend this place to friends and family. It gets very busy here so book in advance. Has a pool and plenty of space for tents. Each cabin had parking space.

I highly recommend this caravan park to any mature aged travelers. There are many very welcoming long term residents here. Reading the below reviews, I think they’ve blown it well out out of context. You need to respect others homes, even if you’re a tourist. People live here long term, & treat it as their home. The amenities are very clean, lawns mowed daily, pool is pristine, rubbish collected daily. My hubby & I have been staying here for almost a month. We’ve had nothing but peace, respect from residents & a welcoming stay. I’ve already recommended this park to anyone I know! one of the best places we’ve stayed.

We came up here in a group of 9 for cmc weekend. Staff were lovely and did anything they could to help. we had a great spot in the shade. Amenities were always clean and they did a great job keeping them clean with so many people using them, the lawns were so green and can tell they are well looked after. We didn’t really understand why there was bad reviews on here it definitely didn’t match the experience we had. We will be back thanks for having us!

CMC ROCKS 2023!!
Family of 9 camping here for CMC. Management and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a beautiful grassy spot in the shade with plenty of room to camp altogether. Amenities were always clean with so many people around. Yes the pool was closed for one day due to a mess left by one group the first night. Whilst it would have been lovely to have a swim no one wants broken glass in their feet. It was open for the remainder of our stay.

What a great caravan park. Clean tidy facilities, the office manager was very obliging. We'll definitely stay here again.

Stayed only a week. I wish I would find them earlier. However from now on whenever I'm in qld I will stay there. Owner is nice and very responsive. Only 1 things need to update like kitchen is missing a chipping board, potato pillar etc. I mostly eat outside so wouldn't bother. Their rent also cheap if I compare the facilities, it's good.

Been here a few weeks now and couldn't be happier. Well priced, lovely tenants and staff, beautiful surroundings and always a fresh, smiling face to greet you on your walks. Would rate 10 stars if I could.
Oh, and the bats in the trees at night are just amazing 👌😁

Very nice and quiet caravan park. Stayed for a week and cabin had everything we needed. Caravan park grounds are very well kept and the staff were very helpful. Will definitely stay again should we be passing through in the future.

Good park, clean, roomy, only negative advertised $30.50 a night for 2 cost $40...will b staying again next time in Ipswich.

Great place to stay, and manager's Susan and Mark are fantastic and are always helpful and friendly, the amenities are always clean. I would recommend this place highly, I have stayed several times for long and short periods and always a top spot, close to all and everything you need, Amos.

This caravan Park is so easy to find it's also secure with boom gates on entry and exit it also isn't fully booked so always a vacancy... It's also clean organised well laid out park... Has loads of parking also lots of tent space also it's also close to parks and gardens...

MANGO 5. excellent place to stay.everyone minds their own business.cheap. basic simple.managers are friendly and pro active with repairs .we had no hot water ,they replaced with brand new unit and electrician put in an extra socket.look you get what you pay for.don't pay cheap and expect it to be a resort.oh and the pool is nice

Small caravan park, not many sites available, staff are helpful and courteous, amenities are kept clean, reasonable price, recommend this park.

Jane and Ian were fantastic....we got lost trying to find it late at night and they patiently guided by phone..
The park is old but everything was clean...some lovely permanent residents...we really enjoyed our stay over the course of a week...

Most of the park is permanent, not a lot of sites available, amenities are kept clean, reasonable price, staff are very courteous and helpful, recommend this park.

Excellent cleaners need a pay rise .showers excellent and clean grounds men also need a pay rise park shining PEOPLE that signed us in friendly couldn't do enough for us
