McDonald's

They never mess up their chips, I only go to this maccas for their chips. Always cooked perfectly crispy yet soft, always salted just so perfectly.

Nice update. Look. Comfortable seating. Clean&tidy dine in.
Earlybird 5.30 am team service was great.

Went through drive thru, first time vsisting this area. Whole process from ordering to getting my food was pretty quick and service was conducted with a smile! Keep up the great work, thanks!

Love the chocolate frappes depending on the store n the sheep working that day is depending on the service you receive but the frappe itself is good wish the service was just as good in every store not just a few. Sick of them getting my burgers wrong though that's frustrating me but again when they do get it right it tastes great

Great place for family quick fast food

I did drive thru at this store and the person on the headphone was beautiful. Very friendly and helpful, and the staff member at the collection point was also really nice and friendly.

We always go to the Maccas at Brassall. Their fries are always the perfect temp, fresh and salted well, and their burgers are always well made, no meat hanging unevenly off the side or sauce on one side and not the other. Genuine care is taken and I will drive out of my way to preference this particular Maccas.
Seriously, they do a good job and should be proud.

This was the first McDonald's I have been to where the staff were all friendly and happy and not yelling it was a pleasure to dine in at maccas Brassal

Tonight i came through the drive thru and a young girl Emmy was fantastic great customer service, kind, polite well mannered awesome job Emmy

Bought a breakfast and paid in a multitude of coins, the lady at the till, Haley, was extremely professional and polite and assured me I wasn't causing an inconvenience. Fantastic customer service and will bring me back again!

Everything is always good at Mecca's Brassall. Always get what I ordered and quality is great most of the time.

Yesterday I went to the local McDonalds & WOW. Friendly service; clean premises; the food was not made beforehand and left to go hard under a heater - it was fresh and tasty.
I went back again this morning, and had the same experience.
(While I'm happy to congratulate the store, I do wonder why other outlets can't be as good?)

I first went to macdonald's in limestone St because it is closest. I wanted icecreams for the family for dessert. However, as usual, the machine wasn't working. So I drove to Brassall. They were very helpful and friendly and I got everything I wanted. Limestone St McDonald's has to be the worst in Ipswich

It's so close to the high school in this area, which is automatically a thumbs-up from me, and plus the staff are super duper nice! The only thing I would recommend is (and this for the entire McDonald's company) to make the McFrappe's at the start of making the order, to prevent the food getting cold and sweaty while the Frappes are being made, other than that, WILL visit again! Great place!

Food was good and the team were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Coffee was great.

I only go here for Ice creams for my Dogs. They will Not eat the ones from Hungry Jacks. Picture of our little girl enjoying her ice cream. She has one and a half and the Shepherd has two and a half. They Love them and the Drive.

Good food, freshly cooked, fast and polite service. Staff unfortunately had to deal with an abusive customer while we were here, but handled it calmly and maturely.

Every time I come into Ipswich and grab maccas I come to this store. It's clean, friendly, and welcoming. Staff are always courteous and prompt and food is fresh and to order.
