Swung by at 1 in the morning through the drive through, had a lovely chat with the lady over the speaker and got some fantastic fresh food.
Results of the drive through may vary, but this was a great stop on a late night.

I can be a snob with my coffee but McDonalds Ripley hands down serves the best coffee. Especially during the morning shifts. I genuinely appreciate every hard working barista here. You don't overuse syrup pumps, the coffee is never burnt, and the Lactose Free milk tastes like normal milk compared to other Maccas.

I spend close to $40 a week coming here for coffee, and I wish I could tip bc I would. Thank you ladies and managers for running a good cafe 🤞🏻

Came through at 6:47am, the lady doing drive through was so genuinely welcoming, attentive and efficient. We left feeling like she not only enjoyed her job but was really good at it. She was warm and friendly, leaving a really nice impression, perking up our journey more than a good cup of coffee could. The order was correct and fresh, adding to our overall experience making us happy we decided on Macca's this morning.

A very good maccas and breakfast too

My partner and I got a Large McFamily box, only to realise we clearly didn’t get enough for our family (Islander family, IYKYK lol). We went for our second round in the drive thru, the lady speaking through the speaker was so lovely and funny to chat to, and the team provided us with extra bags to carry our huge loads of drinks lol. What was even better was though my partner and I didn’t check our order, one of the Crew Trainers/Managers actually ran to our car to give a burger that we had missed. We really appreciated the good vibe despite the late night. I didn’t get the names of the staff members but thank you guys for tonight! We were very satisfied, and we finally bought enough for the rest of the family 😂🫶🏽

This Maccas was packed out the Saturday we went as it was a big day for donations for charities. The fire department was stationed outside in the parking lot collecting also. You have to place your order at the kiosks inside and they call your number when it is ready. Quick service for being so busy and clean. The food was consistent with McDonald’s as they do this well all over the world. Although the food does seem to taste just a little better here in Australia!

We were served by three diffrent young ladies at 10pm and they struck up conversation and asked us how we were and took time to be polite with us. This is a lovely, clean, friendly maccas!

I ordered four coffees for my workplace team and the had it delivered. The coffee was excellent. Definitely has improved in the last two years.

Hands down the best Maccas in QLD! The food is always cooked to perfection. The burgers have decent fillings and are nicely put together. Chips and nuggets are always fresh and incredibly crunchy. The service is quick and the workers are always lovely.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Ripley Maccas, which is extremely rare considering most Maccas are mediocre at best.

i come here quite often on my way to work to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. each and every time i come here i am amazed at the friendliness of the staff, the speed of service and the quality of the food served. the coffee here is fantastic and i never have to wait longer than a few minutes in the drive thru. all the staff here are super friendly, even in the early mornings and are always a pleasure to talk to. the restaurant owners here should be extremely proud of their amazing staff and managers! thanks for all the coffee and hash browns you’ve provided me with ! keep it up guys : )

Drive thru staff at 4am are friendly and warm. Management say hi to the regular customers. Coffee is always spot on.

Amended my old review from 5 years ago. 5 stars mostly because it’s what to expect from McDonald’s.
The wait times have reduced a lot and for the volume serves the kitchen runs like a well oiled machine.
In comparison to a lot of other local McDonald’s they very rarely get the order wrong at Ripley.

I've been meaning to write a review for some time. This is the only fast food joint that I consistently receive fresh food every time without fail. I've had more than my fair share of bad Maccas but never from here. Whoever owns/runs the store should be commended along with the staff that make it all happen. Well done.

Great coffee and drive in staff.
More attention to detail is needed for those who make the sandwiches. Cheese and tomato toastie with no ham means no ham. Picking it off and then retoasting it doesn't cut it either.

Very quick food preparing time. I was impressed as they sometimes have a longer wait time

Staff were very friendly and helpful.we go there regularly to drop off my wife and daughter picks her up it's half way for both of us.

Used drive through. Had coffee only today. Friendly service.
