St Mary's College, Ipswich

A wonderful community and college. My 2 daughters are thriving there, and my youngest is in the primary school which attaches to the college. The teachers are genuine in providing wholistic approach to education. We are very happy to have found this quality of education locally.

This school has been nothing but excellent, after the terrible experience with the previous school my daughter has come back to her true self, looks forward to school every day and is starting to power forward. In just 6 weeks she has gone ahead 2 years in maths..

St Mary's is a great college for young women, in the Mercy tradition, founded in 1863. The pastoral care program is second to none and the teaching is of the highest standard. Currently, new state of the art facilities have been constructed for Sciences, Performing Arts including Dance, and Visual Arts, which will enhance learning and teaching well into the future.

I am currently at st Mary's College it it a fantastic school it amazing

Too strict on appearance. Hair color and mascara dont influence the ability to learn

aren’t allowed in the tuck shop without a hat and it has to stay on when u walk in so they know ur not stealing. why make the hats mandatory in the first place? also what happens if you loose your hat? you’re just not allowed to have lunch?

Horrible school!
I advise you to never send your children to this hell hole!
I went there for 2 years and left to a state school which had better education, nice teachers who actually wanted to teach and was just as strict with uniform but allowed makeup and for kids to have fun and learn! This school doesn't want their students to succeed, if it did they would allow so much bullying to be going on, you see it walking down the halls! they don't allow you to go to your lockers during lunch time because if your caught getting something from the top lockers near the classrooms, you get detention! the only good thing I got from this school was my friends!

my dear friend Linda daughter went here and at the mere age of 12 she was brutally teased for having AGGRESIVE EXPLOSIVE DIAREAH!!! from the school tuck-shop from this accident she must wear adult nappy's for the next 4 years! do not send your child here

i go here. i do not reccomend. it is way to strict and although i understand its a school and it needs rules, they pretty much care more on how you look then caring about you. do not go here. it has made my first year opf highschool terrible. the only part i like is tuck shop. grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
