Great shopping experience at the Riverlink store. My husband and I went into the store looking for a blazer for him to wear to a work event. Jennifer was nothing short of amazing. She took her time with us to find the perfect blazer and helped us pair it with a dress shirt that was fun but also not too crazy for my husband. We had told her we were hoping to find a jacket and shirt that would pair well with pants he already had and she understood and found some great options. We were so happy with the service, the options and the sale promotion of second item half price, we ended up purchasing 8 items. Jennifer and Kathy are both amazing, they take the time to understand what you are looking for and to help you find the perfect items to suit. Really happy with the whole experience, we will definitely be back for more!

Wife & I went in to look for a suit coat for me to wear to our daughter's 21st. The lovely ladies there were awesome. Helped me find what I wanted along with another option. Unfortunately we didn't get their names but the younger lady was pregnant. Hopefully everything going well for her. Thanks ladies. Appreciate your amazing customer service!

My daughter went into the store looking to buy a waist coat for herself and the gentleman serving her was amazing ... I cannot thank you enough as I said my daughter does not usually get a good reception when she shows in men's store ... You made her super comfortable and there was no judgement... I have no 'dress sense' whatsoever. I cannot thank Rachelle enough for all the help she bestowed on me. I have not even worn the suit & accessories yet, but have received many compliments on how well it all goes together. I will definitely be back for more.

Been shopping here for awhile now. The staff are incredible some staff even know me by name and remember my size knowing I like my business shirts in 2XLT cut and showing me new shirts in that size whilst I’m there. I’ve bought everything from shoes to pants to suits from here. If you require alterations they get them done super quick as well.

Hate Riverlink with a passion but the service I received in your store yesterday will make me go back. The best shopping experience I have had in years.
