Quest Ipswich

Booked 2 rooms a couple days out from traveling from the states and everything was super smooth. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Having a full kitchen and laundry in the room is always very handy when staying for an extended stay. The location is perfect for a enjoying a nice walk to restaurants near by(10-15min walk). The staff is very friendly and helpful, even when it comes to abnormal request. Thank you for a great stay, will book again.

From my initial call, to the final checkout, the staff here went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The studio room was very comfortable and well equipped. The phone call a few days before check in, to see which complimentary drinks we would like in our fridge, was an absolute surprise and just added to the all round enjoyment of our stay. See you guys again next year !!!!

The studio room was well equipped with everything we needed, super comfortable king bed and pillows. Nice size bathroom and storage. The complimentary drinks, fudge and washes were perfect. We needed to be close to the hospital which was only a short 15min walk. Staff very helpful and nice. Highly recommended. :)

The staff and management were absolutely amazing. My trip was unfortunately due to a funeral and the staff at Quest Ipswich were very kind and offered me support. Location was convenient. Only some road noise but no internal noise. Only recommendation suggestion I have would be to have the option of black out curtains or blinds for a sleep in. I will stay there again, although under different circumstances next time.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at The Quest Ipswich and both times have been without fault. The bed is large and comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed and the welcome chocolate treats were a nice touch. The bathroom products smell divine and it was the first time I have not used my own products that I normally pack. So well done to the staff at check in who were very welcoming and friendly .

Very happy with our stay. Booked very last minute and staff were amazing. Room was very clean, had everything we needed.
Location was perfect for our needs. Would stay again very happily. The packet of Tim Tams was a nice touch and my kids were very impressed with this extra treat.

This place is always spotless. Have stayed at 5str resorts with poor cleaning, but these guys go the extra mile every clean to ensure it’s spotless. Hats off to the cleaning staff and also the rest of the super friendly/helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them - great example of customer service!

Managed to get the last available studio for my mother and I to share and so glad we did. The rooms are super clean, really well equipped and very quiet. The staff are all lovely and extremely helpful. We were there to visit a very sick relative in the nearby hospital, which took us about a minute to get to from here so it was also the perfect location. I would highly recommend this Quest.

Rooms were spacious (and have kitchen facilities), they were always clean and welcoming, the whole team was super friendly and despite their limited vacancies this week they worked hard to communicate options with us as our accommodation needs changed. 5*

Stayed for two weeks with work. Staff are very friendly, house keeping was impeccable, super clean. Complimentary laundry facilities with the studio apartment is super handy. Cheers guys, will definitely stay again.

Great service and good location. Was booked in by work after a week out field and a long hot shower and comfy bed was exactly what I needed. Staff offered a complimentary upgrade and very helpful. would definitely stay again.

Also give fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and cafes.

Arrived for a two night stay, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very clean, beds are comfy and the complimentary timtams and fudge was a nice touch!

Showers give a nice pressure!

Very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and the internet was fast and reliable for work.
The Indian restaurant up the road is also my new favourite.

Very good check in staff. Room modern and clean. Value for money. Not hesitating to recommend. Far superior to other hotels/motels I have stayed in the area over the years, since 2010.

Stayed for four nights with family and had a great time, to the point we will be coming back again next year. Two of those nights we cooked dinner in the room’s kitchen without trouble. Staff were accomodating and friendly and had no issue asking them for additional supplies or help. Used the pool area with the kids and had fun. Air conditioning was great and in multiple areas, rooms were spacious and clean. Location was great for getting anywhere around Ipswich, and had no trouble getting to Brisbane for day trips.

Only real areas for improvement might be that the lounge in the living room felt like fabric stretched over plywood (uncomfortably hard), and the lack of a drying rack for wet clothes (not all our clothes were dryer-safe).

I had to make an emergency booking when my daughter went into labour at ipswich hospital. These guys went above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs for the night. I cannot fault this hotel in any way shape or form! Staff were amazing and made me feel welcome and at home and the room was more than I expected! I have had great experiences staying at the Quest Ipswich over many years now. The rooms are always clean and well appointed. Great A/C and a quiet location with shops in close proximity. While the parking needs to be booked in advance to ensure availability, there is ample parking off site.

What sets Quest Ipswich above others for me is the staff. Very friendly and they go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Any issues with the room are rectified promptly, and reception has a supply of most things you need.

Highly recommend Quest Ipswich if you are looking for a great place to stay for work or with the family.

I was sent up for a month by my employer, and have had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms were exceptionally well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities one might need. If given the chance, I would most definitely stay at the Quest Ipswich apartments again.

I’d also like to make special mention to Jazz, Kumar, Bianca, and Lisa for their kind and welcoming treatment. They made my stay much easier and frankly entertaining as well!!

Lovely stay, we booked at the last minute as our furniture and boxes weren’t due to arrive to our house till the next day and we just moved to Brisbane. Super friendly and helpful staff. Left a welcome card in the room. Clear instructions during check in. Would recommend in the future.

Recovery after surgery - The staff made sure my stay was comfortable and peaceful. They contacted me prior to assess my needs and went above expectations. The check in and out process was seamless. Cleaners were intuitive, providing services based on needs. It was easy to recover whilst staying here and allowed support to come and go freely.
