Not sure about all the reviews but my experience here was clean, great service and my paella was really good. I also live in another state.

To the person who prepared my food today. After an unexpected event happened, YOU SERIOUSLY JUST MADE MY DAY. My wrap was wrapped perfectly and cooked beautifully. I'm writing this review because we are sadly used to getting less than average service. So today was a delight!!! Keep doing amazing things.

Such a good Nando’s. The cashier was so lovely and pleasing to deal with. Our gift card was having difficulties when placing our order but between the manager and the cashier it was resolved efficiently. The food was delicious, super fast service and quite a tidy place. Would come here again. :)

Amazing and so lovely. Definitely coming back for my birthday 💖💕 Food was so yummy! Halloumi sticks were so perfect and the pita was so good!

I had an incredible time tonight. The food was nothing short of amazing, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. My visit was a true delight, and I can't wait to go back.

Food was delicious and hot. Food came out very quick. We had an excellent server, her name was Mana. She was very professional, polite and very welcoming. First time coming here, I would definitely come back.

Dined here with friends, was busy at the time but service was great. Food came out quickly and was very fresh. Great tasting chicken. The spice so nice they named it twice 🔥🔥

Atmosphere is great here. Seating always available and really like the booth areas. Table service is amazing and food as always is so tasty and fresh.

By far the best nandos in Queensland the best service iv ever had at a nandos. The food is always good the staff are amazing they know me as a regular and cook everything exactly the way I like it bring my drinks out as soon as I walk in 100% recommend this nandos

Sunday experience was disappointing,chicken was dry, overcooked chips were too salty and cold,. service was terrible,music was blaring in the background was impossible to have a conversation with friends . Ordered whole chicken lemon and herb ,chicken looked smaller than the previous time that we had gone there, chips,definitely smaller, had to order another bowl, when delivered to the table were cold and too salty, horrible. I will definitely not go there again,so sad

The best chicken in town. I eat here daily. With no complaints. Lovely staff. FYI - this restaurant has a new grill. It blows the standard grill out of this town. Well done guys. 👏

Food and customer service was a solid 100/10. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed into the restaurant by one of the staff (dark skinned girl with the braids) who had great customer service skills ! the food didn’t take too long to get delivered to the table and if I’m being honest, it was probably the best nandos I have had in a while. Keep up the great work :)

Amazing! We hadn't been to Nandos in awhile and was looking forward to it again. The service was fantastic. Not even a terribly long wait but obviously normal then they are use to and we were offered free drinks. Can not fault them on their service and food did not disappoint.

Table of Four and we had a fabulous time. The front counter girl was excellent and informative with helping us figure out what to order - being first time patrons.
Our food didn't take too long to arrive and wow so delicious and flavourful!
An overall exceptional dining experience!

A few suggestions:

- Ensure your tables are cleaned and wiped down from previous customers useage for covid & hygiene purposes.
- Serviettes at the table would be great, less interaction with other customers waiting for orders, when trying to get to the serviettes.
