I recently had the pleasure of calling City Chic, Loganholme and I must say, the customer service provided by Lisa and Paige was outstanding! They were both so friendly and welcoming.

I had a few questions about some of the products and Lisa was more than happy to help me out. She was incredibly patient, positive and knowledgeable, and her great customer service definitely made me want to head into the store and shop in person.

I’ve been a regular customer of City Chic for years and it’s so refreshing to experience such friendly, genuine and attentive customer service, it really makes a difference.

The ladies who helped my daughter with choosing a dress for her 18th made her feel like a princess.
They were happy to show her many different dresses and were honest with their opinions on how things fit. These ladies were fantastic. Can't wait to add pics.

A few weeks ago I walked into the Hyperdome Store with a vision in mind for an upcoming formal event. I was approached by Aroha who was extremely frinedly and not pushy at all. I told her what I was looking for in detail and advised that nothing in the store was matching my needs. Aroha advised that she may have something for me out the back. She came back with not one but 3 different options! I was so blown away by her help. The dress was a little higher than my budget so Aroha provided me with some paymnet solutions which ended up taking almost 45 mins to reslove. It was closing time for the store but Aroha AND her Store Manager (Tohi) bared with me and assisted me until the problem was resloved and were determined for me to walk out of the store with my dress. Working in retail in the past I do know how annoying it is when someone walks into the store 10 mins before close time as there is so much to do behind the scenes once the retail doors are closed. Aroha and Tohi didn't flinch at the time it was taking me. They assisted me with everything and didn't hesitate to make me feel compfortable. $500 may not be allot of money to some people but it's allot for me! I was made to feel like a real super star by the time I walked out of the store, So THANK YOU Aroha and Tohi for being so PATIENT, undestadning and helpful with my purchase. It trully means allot especially in these current times. Highly Recommended :)

Have been looking for a outfit for awhile and never felt comfortable until today. The lovely ladies especially Paige was so wonderful and very helpful made me feel very comfortable and pleased with my purchases. Such an amazing asset to the company. Well done Paige u made me feel amazing.

Always have such a good experience when I’ve been to this store so now if I ever want to go to City Chic I make sure I come to this store. This store also tends to have a slight larger variety in store than a lot of other smaller stores I’ve been to.

The staff are always so lovely & it really does help to give a positive shopping experience!

Love being able to go in, find clothes that not only fit & suit plus sized bodies but are IN STYLE & CUTE!! Very rare!

Overall could not recommend going to this store enough, staff 10/10. Shopping experience 10/10. I will shop here again.

Was not aware that they now do size 12! went in today and the lady that served me was amazing! She actually found me a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly. I walked out feeling great and will be shopping here in future.

Love how friendly the employees are here. They always make you feel welcome and do their best to assist with your needs. I'm a big fan of City Chic, and the service in store is why I'll keep returning.

I cannot rate this shop high enough! Went here today for the first time looking for an outfit for a wedding in under 10minutes they had a handful of dresses to try on and even helped with a suitable bra to go with, I’ve never had such high standards of customer service anywhere and will definitely be back, thank you so much ladies u made me feel so comfortable this will definitely be the only city chic store I’ll be going to from now on 😊😊😊❤

Have to say, they have really nice dresses, I’m on the smaller side a size 12, but I find other places the proportions are not right and there 12 is a perfect.
I went to the Helensvale store and the lady was amazing, happy to help.

I called City Chic Hyperdome Brisbane to inquire about exchanging an item I brought online for a smaller size. The lady I spoke to was very kind, she said of course you can, come in and we can see what we can do. I went in store and the ladies were so helpful and caring they had called around to other stores to see if they had my size. The search was unsuccessful, however the fact they tried made me feel valued as a customer. They offered me alternative options and got me to put the dress I brought online on and some how made it work by adding one item to the look. I loved it. To complete the look they steamed the dress for me. Thank you ladies I am very grateful to you all for the excellent service.

I'm not a big shopper at the best of times. So, City Chic was the first and last place I went to for a dress for my baby shower. The girls were super helpful, not at all pushy and hovered just the right amount. They helped me find something that suited me, the occasion, and all super quickly so I didn't have to spend more time shopping than I needed to. I liked the selection of clothes too but that is always going to be all matter of personal taste.

Always great customer service, staff are friendly and know what looks good on different body types. I found the perfect Jean fit here! They have different types for body shapes. Change rooms are spacious and staff are great at suggesting alternative styles. I always have a good experience shopping at City Chic, always feel comfortable and no pressure environment.

Love this shop the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Also buying stuff from the website and returning it here is no drama unlike other plus size stores. This is now my favourite place to shop.
