Come and check bbq and kitchen sink, giving us great price and packages. Then we comeback and get the good deals. smooth delivery and Awesome staff. we didn’t put the extended taps yet as we didn’t put the bar fridge yet.

We had exceptional service with Jay (I think that’s what his name was). We had a few barbecues in mind and he gave us his honest opinion which led to us buying one. Also an outdoor furniture set which in my opinion had one of the best deals I’d seen. The only problem we had was having to wait a while to be served BUT it was a very busy day.

Another awesome experience with Michael today. Went in for a new regulator valve and instead I was given some really helpful tips and tricks that got my Ziggy working again.

Went to Logan store at Home maker's centre and thankfully Michael Muller looked after us and there's nothing about BBQ'S that Michael doesn't know and helps you with his hundreds of photos of different techniques and sold us on a Ziegler and Brown BBQ that morning. Thank you Michael 😉

This genuine man has far exceeded my expectations for follow up and communication which is one of a sincere demeanour of care for a customer.

I had an issue with a BBQ I purchased, no argument, no hesitation from Michael to have everything sorted, this attention negates all concern for the product fault as the customer is assured that all will be good at the end.

Friendly team and a good range. Finally found the perfect outdoor set after looking for months everywhere else. No Weber but they do have a good range of BBQ accessories and other brands of BBQ.

I dropped into the store earlier today to buy a Bbq rub and got talking to the two guys about smokers. Honestly it's the most knowledgeable couple of people I have come across in my search. They didn't push me to buy and they took plenty of time educating me on ways to set up gear etc.
I'll definitely keep buying here as the service was exceptional

The folks here at Logan really know their stuff! We are renovating our 12 year old BBQ (Beefmaster from BBQ’s Galore originally). The team here knew exactly what we needed even for a BBQ that old, and had such good advice, especially the wonderful Troy. 10/10, cant beat them!

Fab service, big ups to William for hunting down a particular BBQ for us that was largely out of stock across QLD. He called me 3 times to follow up on the process and how it was going then took payment over the phone to secure it prior to pick up. A+++

Great customer service and love the Zeigler and Brown BBQ. It's our second purchase of a Zeigler and Brown at BBQs galore in Logan. The guys there are very knowledgeable.

The staff at the store were very helpful when I was ordering a new Ziegler BBQ. they held the item for 2 months while I was interstate.

The Staff at BBQ's Galore Logan are fantastic! Michael went above and beyond to get me the exact BBQ that I wanted for my husband's Birthday even though it was a limited edition. Michael was professional and very well informed and had an extensive knowledge of useful cooking tips.
I then went back a week later to buy some accessories for the BBQ and Matt and Kris were there to help me this time and they were just as helpful. I bought my husband the 3 burner Ziggy and it is the best BBQ we have had to date.......I even used it all on my own to cook the sausages on the weekend (whilst hubby worked in the yard), and it was super easy!

Best customer service! I was accidentally supplied the wrong trolley for the bbq I bought. I only figured after I already assembled. They sent someone out to my house and replaced the trolley and assembled it all...and took all the boxes from the bbq as well! Very happy. Highly recommend.

Today we visited this store and spoke with Matt about a smoker box which was not purchased at this store. We found him very helpful knowledgable and friendly. We hadn't purchased the box at Logan store but Matt was great and deserves plenty of congrats.

Not cheap BBQ's but you wont be replacing them every couple of years. Quality Products. Staff are friendly and have great product knowledge. Highly recommend this store

Just bought Treager Iron Bark 885 so easy to use app almost makes it took easy too cook. I went from 100 $ bullet smoker to the Treager food was good before but at least 10 times better.

Quality bbqs and fantastic service. Bought a BBQ that had suffered some damage in the warehouse. Was swapped without fuss and had a few goodies thrown in for the in convienence. Staff are as excellent as the range.
