I was stuck on a birthday present and found myself in smokemart. I was served by a lovely young lady Monique. She went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my niece. Customer service was 5 star and refreshing actually. It really has been awhile since I have been served by someone in retail who has so much passion for what they do. She is a gem. Lovely store, will definitely be back.

I love going to Smokemart in the North Lakes shopping centre. The store has great gifts and specialty items for a very reasonable price. It’s the first place I look when I’m looking for something interesting and fun. I bought a large speaker complete with lights and karaoke a few months ago and the staff were very helpful and friendly; Monique even got me a trolley as it was to large for me to carry on my own.

I always have great experiences at the North Lakes store. The staff have great knowledge of their products and love how they are able to let me know the best way to buy cigarettes/tobacco whether it's cheaper by the carton or twin pack deals that week and 95% of the time they're cheaper than the supermarkets which is an added bonus.
Their vape variety is awesome as well, i nearly have all flavours of their disposable vapes at home. The staff will give you the time of day to help you with what you need and combined with their extensive knowledge of their gifts/tobacco/vapes makes them a store i will keep coming back to.

A great place to buy gifts! Such a good selection and the staff are really knowledgeable when it comes to the products that they are selling. I am a regular shopper at this store and also Morayfield. Thank you ladies for always helping me out while having a laugh.
