Freedom - Logan

I visited Freedom Furniture at Slacks creek on Sunday 31st March. I purchased, 2 arm chairs, 4 stools and a side table. I’d like to give a huge shout out to Brittany who went above and beyond. I misplaced my Latitude card in the store and Brittany was able to locate my card number so the transaction could go ahead.
I’ve worked in retail for many years, I know what great customer service looks like. It was alive and well at Freedom with the help of Brittany and Mira - Congrats on wonderful staff!!!!

I would like to thank Skye who went above and beyond to help us furnish our new home. Her professionalism and knowledge of the products was second to none. We couldn't believe when at the end of a few days of hard work on her part she told us she had only be there 2 weeks. She is an absolute credit to your company and deserves to be recognised. She stayed back after her shift had finished and was even willing to come in on her day off if we needed more help and advice. Thank you so very much Skye you will go far. My wife & I today had the pleasure of dealing with Claire at Freedom Logan in our pursuit of a few items for our home and she was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked into the store, Claire was welcoming, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She listened carefully to our needs and preferences and took the time to show us a range of options that were tailored to our requirements.

Throughout the process, Claire was professional, courteous, and patient and went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect item for our home. She was clearly passionate about her work and took great pride in helping us make an informed decision.

Very happy with the customer service and quality products like our new Westport sofas and pampas. We had to wait for the delivery of the sofas but it was worth the wait.

Had a fabulous experience shopping at the Logan store. Claire was amazing!! exceptional product knowledge, with a lovely personality and great sense of humour. Claire & Stylist, Angela provided exceptional customer service to my husband & I. We had a strict time frame to get our new home furnished, they took the time to really understand this & then jumped straight into action. They were both professional, friendly, caring, patient & great at their jobs. Angela is a wonderful stylist who went above & beyond to support us & help us bring our vision to life. Claire was so lovely & brought a lot of fun & humour to our shopping experience. What could’ve been a very stressful time getting our furniture/styling needs sorted in such a short period of time was made a great, stress free experience by these two ladies. Thank you both so much! At the end of a very big day, and just on closing time, the whole team jumped in to assist in scanning and packing all of our items. It was great to see the whole team working together.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and an absolute pleasure to be served by Claire and Angela. Can’t wait to have all our furniture arrive and see our house become a home. 😊

Purchased our beautiful leather recliners here and had a great experience from in store selections to delivery in the expected time frame. Delivery included setup and testing of our recliners, along with a product care package. Delivery was included in the price, which was great.

You don't need to wait a few months since if you simply browse Freedom Logan, you can find the greatest interior designer with years of knowledge and impeccable taste who can exactly match and design your home with high-quality furniture that is not only gorgeous but also reasonably priced. Went to Freedom Logan yesterday looking for a specific item. I was approached by Nova, who was lovely and gave great advice. The sale was finalised by another staff member who again was lovely. My item is on order (4 to 6 week wait) so I will leave another review on receiving.

To update I received my item (entertainment unit) 2 weeks after ordering. I was surprised at the quick turn around due to negative reviews but my purchase was smooth with no issues what so ever.

Bought a couch last year and we are happy with the quality and service. Just bought a small homewares item online. Click and collect process was fast and efficient and customer service in store was excellent.

Had such lovely service from Megan today!! She is an asset to your store & the only reason I would continue shopping at the Freedom company after the rude customer service from the online help person! She did so well juggling all the customers in store too (obvs busy few days before Xmas).. and was just super friendly & helpful!
I don't usually leave reviews so that's a great indicator she impressed me with her service :)

Last Monday we ordered outdoor furniture and the staff were so helpful. The furniture was promised for today and has just been delivered. Couldn’t be happier.

Unique, reasonably priced quality homewares & furniture. Purchased 4 solid barstools with timber legs and padded seat. Solid & no assembly needed. Furthermore they have a wonderful detailed, priced catalogue coupled with current special 50 months interest free on purchases. I’m now studying this book for future dining table & chairs. All the staff front & from collections of goods are amazingly friendly & helpful.

Went in to buy some leather couches to replace fabric ones at home. Found a 3 seater on sale and was approached by a staff member named Scott who did a really good job on the sale, it was a discontinued range but he managed to find a single seat sofa in the same range as the 3 seater and even got a sale price on the single as well. Walked away very happy with a 3 seater and single seat sofa in leather for less than the cost of other ranges 3 seaters. Scott went above and beyond for us on this sale, and we are very grateful. After multiple disappointing sells at this store, we were hesitant to return. But Scott definitely turned us around.

Brought 2 kitchen stools, far more comfortable than all the others I had looked at, & being on clearance ended up saving me about $100. Friendly service, & the chairs were easy to assemble.

We were so happy and blessed to meet lady Ingrid there yesterday to help us with many excellent suggestions on colour and fabric choice of roller blinds. She is indeed an angel to us!
