After googling 5 star mechanics, this place did not disappoint. From my initial phone call to Scott, then later on speaking with Gab…I truly felt like I’d known these people forever. So friendly, helpful, efficient and polite. Although our old baby went to God in the end, we are extremely grateful we found these guys.

I highly recommend North Geelong Service Centre.After purchasing a faulty second hand car, Gabby & Scott have been heaven sent in helping guide me through my stressful situation. They are extremely thorough, respectful, and actually give a damn about their customers, which is rare in my experience. They take the time to explain what going on with your car and make sure you understand what’s going on.

Too often you only get to hear of the stories of bad customer service - there are not enough stories of great, caring service. Scott and Gabby are to be congratulated on providing excellent service to a complete stranger with little chance of follow up work. I recently sold a car and the original roadworthy certificate was not accepted by VicRoads as it had expired. The car was sold in Melbourne to a Geelong couple. Scott and Gabby, at very short notice, went out of their way to inspect the car despite being flat out. They not only helped me, a stranger, but helped the elderly couple in Geelong who brought the car. The follow up was excellent and resulted in two very happy people. It would have been so easy to say NO, instead they went out of their way to help. I can only highly recommend them for their friendly service and attention to detail. You should feel safe if your car is serviced at this place. Well done Scott and Gabby

For someone like me who is completely naive towards cars, North Geelong Service Centres genuine honesty and value made my overall experience pleasant. I felt very confident that my car was in the right hands and it certainly was as they made the solution to its problem simple, rather than complex and expensive as other service centres had explained. It's very reassuring to know that there are still businesses out there who want nothing but the best value for you :)

I went to North Geelong Service Centre to obtain a quote for a new headlight assembly and I knew I was in good hands from the moment I walked in the door. The service was professional and friendly, their prices are refreshingly honest and they offered an amazing turnaround time to complete the job. I applaud their work ethics and have just found my new mechanic!

Incredible service - I called them in the morning and they managed to fit a RWC in between 4:30 and 5:30. Came back the next morning and they swapped out two tires and did a wheel alignment in a couple of hours. Car hasn’t fallen apart yet. Genuinely could not recommend this shop enough.

Such a good experience. I know less than nothing about cars and Scott went through everything he did and explained everything in layman’s terms. Really, really good service and people who genuinely care about you and the car. Found them through a recommendation from a mate and am completely chuffed with everything. Thank you for being ace!!!

Overall great experience at North Geelong Service Centre. They were accommodating, professional, good listeners, and checked with us before going ahead with very reasonably priced repairs. I might even drive from Ballarat to Geelong to see them the next time that I need a mechanic.

Dropped in with an unidentified sound coming from my HiAce. The team fixed the problem quickly, which turned out to be a simple fix. As a customer just driving through, you normally expect mechanics to overcharge, but the team were so honest and down to earth 🙏
