Staff were great, if you have plenty to try on best to go weekdays or early in the morning to get the best service. Plenty of range, keep up the good work.. :)

Friendly staff, larger store than regular ones at shopping centre. So more chance of finding what you want in your size. Conner quality is also awesome.

I would not hesitate to recommend the staffs at DFO Essendon. Me and my wife were there on a Monday 26/09/2022. Jad and the rest of the team were so customer focus, helpful, and most of all very easy to deal with. They were all smiling and ready to help even at the most dumbest questions you asked of them. They or Jad in particular had us given an option and suggestions as to make our stay worth. We purchased an item that we thought was a single buy but he politely offered us a free item which goes with it. If it was not for him, we may have missed on a free item. Also, having my pant altered to my size, he personally organized to have it done as to the point of leaving behind his post just to make a customer extremely happy. A very warm and enjoyable experience with this man and not to forget the very smiling staffs who were with him on the day. 5-star for you Jad.

Highly recommend this store, my partner and I went in yesterday and their staff member (Josie) did an amazing job. She knew her products, helped with finding the right style for him and was was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Josie! 🙂

Left things to the last minute with some new clothes for work. Was on the phone to Harley who did everything he could and more to try be able to get me what i needed. Much appreciated, will be coming in to say thanks and experience this service in the flesh!

I recently visited Connor near EOFY and had a really good experience.
Naman was super helpful at directing me to some offers i had not seen online and made the selection of clothes really easy.
It's team members like him that make me want to keep returning to a specific store.

I got some suits from Essendon DFO , Michal is the guy who helped me a lot. Im very happy about him. He is so perfect and helpful for me .And other staff members are also so good and helpful.

.She really knew what to show to whom for example she showed us exactly the stuff we need and we got almost everything we went for there . My parents really love the way she treated them .

Spent the whole day shipping all around and this store had the best Staff we met,never felt like we were pressed into buying anything but they genuinely wanted to make sure we actually got what we needed,Kalpana was very helpful with all our inquires.
