Total Tools Eltham

Went to Total Tools Eltham to purchase a bit for a torque wrench so I could loosen a seized nut on my bike carrier. Staff in the store came out to take a look and proceeded to sort the issue promptly without charging me a cent and declined any money. Top blokes, I will be returning here for all future tool purchases.

I went in looking at a certain tool for a job. After a brief discussion about what I had to do, the lads suggested a cheaper and easier approach which worked far better. Definitely be shopping here again 👍🏻

Last Thursday afternoon I took my Granddaughter down to the store so she could buy some equipment and tools she needed. I was very impressed with the salesmen and the representatives who were very supportive and encouraging to a young girl who is starting a career in a very male dominated industry. A rather new store, but very happy with the service so far , can't tell names but the girl that works there I've had serve me multiple times and shes very kind and grouse to deal with , always offers help , and happy for a chit chat by seems of it which in my opinion is awesome in customer service, like if your not willing to chat at least a lil bit with your customers , then maybe you need to up your attitude but these guys at this store so far have been good

admittedly the store is rather small, and range is limited, but personally i dont think thats overly a big deal, the service ive recieved here has made up for that , like today i went in to purchase some new saber saw blades , accidentally picked up the wrong blades i wanted , they had no issue with me returning them and exchanging to the actual ones i wanted... overall good experience... if your after basic quick in quick out , like for blades, nails, or the common power toools , definitely a go too, if you need more "special items" be easier to go to one of the larger stores with the bigger range

Brought easymix brick saw from the guys at total tools eltham, had a few problems,which they soon sorted out quickly, would highly recommend

Great range of tools and everything well laid out as a new'ish store. Prices too high compared to other local options and you play roulette if they'll have 20% off (via gift card) the day after purchasing.

They might be great at selling to you but don't try returning a faulty product that you didn't even get to use, and then having to wait to get a refund. Taken from the ACCC "Businesses can’t take away a consumer's right to a refund or replacement for faulty products or services. It’s illegal for businesses to rely on store policies or terms and conditions which deny these rights."
