The Riverstone Estate

We recently had our (Cocktail style) wedding at Riverstone Estate in the Yarra Valley and it was the wedding we were dreaming of, an experience beyond our expectations! The venue itself boasts breathtaking views that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The food was absolutely delicious, impressing all our guests with its quality and variety.

Big thank you to Amalia our designated wedding coordinator and the rest of the team too. They were cooperative, attentive, and played a huge part in making our day run smoothly. Hosting the Event Nannies that we engaged also worked out brilliantly in a separate room next to the party, ensuring the children were well looked after and entertained, if not on the dance floor.

The Riverstone Estate was the most beautiful and picturesque location for my daughter’s wedding. The entire team at Riverstone were on point from beginning to end, ensuring a seemless and enjoyable experience for our family and guests. Thank you 🙏

From our initial venue inspection up until the end of our wedding day the team at Riverstone Estate were truely amazing. Nicola was always keeping in touch with us during the planning process, very responsive and provided a great range of recommended vendors. On our day Amalia and Sheila made sure the whole day ran smoothly and were nothing but exceptional. They helped my nerves with not having to stress about anything!
Our guests raved about the food - and the amount of food their was and how stunning the venue is! They commented on how we had thought about everything for the day - but I have to give credit to the Riverstone team for that. They think of everything and also provide table centrepieces, welcome sign easel, food/drink signs, wishing well if you don’t have any. The views are absolutely breathtaking and we were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside which made for beautiful photos. Highly recommend The Riverstone Estate and so glad we had our wedding here.

Riverstone is the dream venue for us - space for our 70 guest strong group without feeling too big or too small , a valley view worth a million bucks ,and an amazingly organised coordinating team (here's looking at you Sheila & Amalia!).

Planning was great with Amalia & team taking the time to ensure all details are captured, with the big day itself flawless (I'm sure a lot of work behind the scenes was done to get there so thank you).

Food by the kitchen has exceed expectations of our guests , with the dessert options a big hit (reminder to future riverstone couples to not miss out amidst the rush on the day)

Our photographer was able to obtain beautiful couple shots as Riverstone does have a golf cart available to take the the couple out to photogenic locations which we personally felt was one of the highlights of the day.

Package pricing screamed value given the above and looking back, going with Riverstone as our venue choice was one of the best decisions we have made for the wedding - thank you everyone for supporting us on the day!

Beautiful place for both a visit or a function. Meals were absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

We got married on the 2/2/23 at the Riverstone Estate, we could not recommend more! Nicola was so helpful in the planning process and Jeremy was amazing to keep the day running smooth! Even though we had last minute rain come through, Jeremy made sure we stayed on schedule and the back up wet weather option was still so beautiful ☺ we got so many compliments on venue, food and staff. Couldn’t recommend more!

Where do we begin! From the first visit to Riverstone we knew instantly this was the perfect location, feel and look for our wedding! Riverstone were flawless with their communication and absolute ease of everything! We couldn’t recommend them highly enough! All of the team were absolutely lovely and very professional! My husband and I got married at the Riverstone Estate in December 2024 and we had an absolutely incredible experience. We were surrounded by picturesque scenery which made for many beautiful photos that will help us relive the day. Dancing on the balcony in the summer night was so memorable. The food was plentiful and delicious and received high praise from our guests. A special thanks to our wedding coordinators Amalia and Ruby for helping organise the day, and especially to Sheila, who on the night anticipated our every need and whose experience and dedication was evident and made everything run smoothly. We can't wait to revisit on our anniversary!

We recently had our (grazing style) wedding at Riverstone Estate in the Yarra Valley. Our day completely exceeded our expectations.
Firstly, the venue has the most amazing panoramic views blowing away guests as they arrived and providing sensational photo backdrops.
Secondly, the food was delicious, wowing our guests with its quality and variety. I was especially impressed by the attention and care for myself and guests with dietary requirements - we did not miss out!

Thirdly, a huge thank you goes to Amalia, our designated wedding coordinator, and the Riverstone team. They were cooperative, kind, attentive, and played a huge part in having our day run smoothly and seamlessly. No question was ever too much and a solution was always at hand. Their recommendations for local providers/vendors/accomodation were so valuable. Throughout the afternoon and evening everything was looked after, which allowed us to just be present and enjoy the moments.

We had our wedding here in August 2024. Everyone was very helpful and professional. We had the best time celebrating with our family and friends. Food was top hat quality. Would definitely come back to dine in.

An absolutely gorgeous place to sit, enjoy quality meals and drinks along with stunning picturesque, panoramic views.
Served by a lovely young man who was the perfect host. We booked a scoopon voucher which was a great deal. Monday for brunch at 11am. So serene and peaceful. I had the pancakes which were tasty and well presented. Generous serves. Will definitely be returning. A privilege to discover this gem.

Wow, beautiful place for a small wedding. The staff were fantastic and so helpful, my girlfriend got married here and she is in a wheelchair, so the staff went above and beyond to help. The food was delicious and wow that view was amazing to have behind the bride and groom.

Brought my cousin and his wife for his 70th birthday and it is our first time to the Estate. And wow! What a view and place! Not too big and just beautiful. Had the wine tasting and Sheila was great explaining the different wines available. Our servicing staff Sarah was just lovely and awesome ! Telling us what to expect in our menu and so friendly !!! The food was just fantastic! Great day, great place, great food and great staff. What could you expect more !! Will be back !!!

The Riverstone Estate was the perfect place for our wedding. We had 90 people and the cocktail style was exactly what we needed. It kept the vibe really relaxed and allowed everyone to chat. The staff at Riverstone were also really friendly and unobtrusive, just felt like a really personal experience. We had rain on our wedding day and the wet weather ceremony option is literally 10 metres from the dry weather option so we had all the same spectacular views. I could not recommend this place more.

Came to a wedding here on the weekend, awesome setting, great view. Really cool for a cocktail wedding. The catering was done by Locavore and was on point, the fried chicken was amazing.

As soon as we saw Riverstone we fell in love - a truly magical venue and the people who make up the team are equally as special.

We cannot thank each and every one of you enough for making our wedding an absolute fairy tale, not just for the two of us, but our family and friends also. We all thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and the great service that you and your team provided.

When we've spoken to people about our utterly magical day it wasn't just the stunning location, the ambience, the weather; it was your particular attention to running the event smoothly, the delicious food, setting out the dining hall, displaying the dessert station in such an imaginative and talented manner, but also a general attitude and sense of happiness amongst all - including your staff. We received the glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be happier.

The food and wine was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Nothing pleases a crowd more than a well-designed dessert station and it was truly inviting and a lovely surprise. All of those tempting treats laid out for the taking – pure heaven for everyone who had a sweet tooth!

Thank you again for your outstanding efforts on Saturday as we celebrated our special day. It was a truly memorable weekend for all of us.

Fantastic place to spend lunch time. Great views, good food but the service can be better.

We were married at Riverstone Estate in January 2022.

After the complications of COVID, it was nice to complete our wedding day in such a marvellous location and with such confident and attentive staff.

Weddings are such a difficult time right up until the moment you walk out the venue door at the end, but the staff just made us feel so confident in them that we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the night.

The supplier list they provided of vendors that have worked at the location previously was a fantastic tool for finding businesses that could make the day great. It's those little touches that help.

The only thing that was a bit questionable was the weather! But I think they didn't have a lot of input on that! Having said this, the staff were so attune with the location conditions that they were brave enough to say "If your wife is ready to go, we should get this thing going now." Sure enough, we completed the ceremony, and as we walked back down the aisle, it rained. Perfect timing for a nice umbrella shot to reflect the nature of the day.

I have no hesitation in recommending the venue if you are contemplating a wedding in the Yarra Valley.

The Riverstone Estate has old world charm written all over it. I honestly had an absolute ball there. Keep up the amazing work guy's 👏.

Our wedding at the Riverstone Estate was just amazing. From the first meeting at the venue, stepping out of the car and seeing that magnificent view, hearing about the all inclusive package we were sold. From there communication with Nicola and Nicole the wedding coordinators was just fantastic, quick to respond, excellent recommendations list of suppliers. On the day, our wedding was everything we could imagine and more! The day ran perfectly, Tony from front of house was on top of everything. The ceremony on the lawn in front of that view was spectacular. The food was amazing at the reception, we had a relaxed grazing reception, dance floor on the balcony was amazing! Absolutely 5 stars, couldn’t recommend Riverstone enough!
