Incredibly high quality food and coffee. This is our go-to cafe in maleny, we always return! Highly recommend the roasted cauliflower and the Reuben sandwich.

Big portions of tasty, healthy food. Just the right amount of chilli for flavour, but not too much heat. I would've taken a photo of the food, but it was so good we finished it off before I thought to take a picture! Relaxing atmosphere, and looks like it'd be a great little bar at night too!

Had brunch at shotgun. Beautiful food and reasonable prices. We had the mushroom bruchetta, the big breakfast without the sourdough and finally a poke bowl. All three of us were left satisfied and enjoyed every last bite. Can't wait to go back and try more things from the menu. Only downside was when we asked the waitress to take a quick pic of us but she said she was far too busy :( still 5 stars for the great food.

A great little cafe in Maleny, with the choice of seats facing the main street, or out the back where its quieter. Fantastic menu choices, catering for the vegetarians to the meat lovers.
Their coffee is really good and the service staff very friendly. What more could you want?

Great cafe, visited on New Year's Day. They were super busy as not much open and still the coffee was perfect, heart and soul into the inspired and tasteful menu. Thought the staff would be grinning through their teeth working so busy on that day but they were truly pleasant and we really enjoyed our breakfast there, very happy.

Really nice courtyard out behind the cafe. The coffee was pretty good and the food was great. Chilli scrambled eggs and a big breakfast was delicious. Probably the best mushrooms I have ever had.

Great cafe in the heart of Maleny. I had the hot chocolate and Bubble n Squeak, both were delicious. You can dine inside the tiny cafe, out the front, or where I dined in the ' hidden garden'. No toilets in sight.

What a lovely cafe and the food was really good. The back yard is just just fantastic and it feels like being at home. Coffee was good too.

Super vibey. I ordered the rhubarb french toast and my partner ordered the mushroom bruschetta. Very tasty and good portions. Coffee was great. The menu and interior design is super interesting, it seems to have some Asian inspiration. I always love a cafe with good character.

I don't review things generally but today I had a meal THAT BLEW MY FREAKING MIND and you know what, they just deserve those 5 stars. Thank you Shotgun, no other breakfast will ever live up to this. Here, have another 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Food was so yummy and flavoursome, and the cafe was beautifully decorated. We shared the bulgolgi beef sandwich and the Reuben from the cabinet - would recommend both of them!

Just quietly sitting at the Shotgun cafe Maleny eating what I am now realising is one of my new all time favourite breakfast dishes. If you are in town order up “the green eggs” it is like springtime on a plate. Divine!!

Genuinely amazed by the food here. Stopped by for a coffee and a light bite to refresh between dairies and cheese tastings overload. Chose the San Choy Bow with a side of scrambled eggs and am so happy I did! The mince was fragrant and delicious with a subtle szechaun ( i think) oil to drizzle and the eggs were done to absolute perfection and combined wonderfully with the mince wraps. Light, fluffy, pillowy - genuinely, the chef who made these eggs could start a YouTube channel about them. ;) Best eggs I've had in years.

Exceptional food and service. It’s always busy but that just means the food is amazing.

Loved the food here and they have the cutest garden with tables and quaint tea cups. The whole vibe is wonderful.

Maleny cafe we keep returning to. The breakfast and coffees were consistently good. Tried the mango smoothie and it was so good. Will definitely return again.

The coffee oils in my coffee made rainbow bubbles! Really unique flavour. Thai-style omelette was excellent. Chillis had an nice kick.

Food was fantastic with some great takes on brunch favourites.
