Cheese and bacon pies are superb, so good in fact we went back for seconds. The multi grain bread is great and so are their cream buns. We have been back many times and always had great food with friendly and helpful service. If I lived in Monto I would be the size of a house!

Subsequent to my review I was surprised to read of anyone having a cold pie. We have visited Monto on many occasions and never leave without having pies, breakfast time, morning tea, lunch - we don't discriminate. They have always been piping hot, fresh and delicious. The service is always friendly, helpful and cheerful. Wonderful bakery and have recently tried their iced cinnamon loaf. It is delicious!

Second best bakery I have ever been to. Pie was amazing and was followed up by a delicious cream roll. Would definitely return to Monto specifically for this bakery if given the chance.

We grabbed a selection to try and found the pie ok, not great, could have been warmer. The sausage roll was good, just your classic type. Cakes were the show stopper tho and the service was freindly. Would come back.
