I have been involved as a committee member alongside Midwood Body Corporate in their capacity as Body Corp managers for over 10 years. This particular complex of 60 units is large and can be difficult to manage, over the years have been many challenges.

David is very ‘hands on’ he visited the complex, met with committee members onsite, dealt with difficult situations onsite, always put his hand up to assist.

David is well versed in the laws and manages his role as a professional should, no nonsense, firm but fair. It can’t be an easy task…. All the staff at Midwood are approachable and knowledgeable.

I have no hesitation in recommending Midwood Body Corporate as a professional and reliable company who work diligently and honestly to get the job done.

Midwood Body Corporate Provide Quality Management Services in the management of strata complexes.

I am very surprised that this company is still doing business. Several years ago, when I owned a unit in a small complex in Indooroopilly, Midwood Body Corporate Solutions were my strata managers. I have had many years experience dealing with body-corporate managers and currently hold a committee position for a large body-corporate. I have never been treated in such a rude, arrogant and disrespectful way as I was by David Midwood. He has an extremely bad reputation within the industry. Over many years, he failed to hold regular A.G.M's or committee meetings. He very early on, stopped taking my phone-calls and never returned emails, despite the fact that, as an owner, I was paying him to do a job for me. On one occasion, when I went to his office, two elderly ladies also arrived, wanting access to their files. He was extremely rude to them and an argument ensued and the distraught ladies left without being allowed to see the documents pertaining to their scheme. As a single woman and the only female owner at the time, I found his attitude and his tactics extremely distasteful and unprofessional. Eventually, I had no choice but to sell the unit. I believe, had I stayed there with David Midwood as Strata Managers, I would have had a nervous breakdown. So please, don't use this company. He gives the industry a bad name and there are companies out there which are hundreds times better.

This would have too be one of the most unprofessional organisations I have every had to do deal with. Firstly they don't even I best back in to unit complex... they appoint care takers that are rude, intimidating & aggressive with the "you can't touch me approach"... the woman who takes your enquiry over the phone Lisa would have too be the most inhospitable and unhelpful person to deal with. She will not answer basic questions and her tone is not at all acceptable....very cold approach...

The maintenance on this complex in Mt Warren Park is extremely poorly managed and maintained... rotting timber on complete retaining walls they don't have any lighting into the entry of the Complex for safety of not hitting brick pillars welling not done at all maintenance on gardens very limited major cracks on footpaths.. why do owners pay body corporate fees for just to pay wages rather than improve and maintain a satisfactory and safe standard living of three units in the Complex. ..

DON'T BUY AN PROPERTY WHERE MIDWOOD BODY CORPORATE MANAGE IT....

Disorganised, slow at responding and disruptive when dealing with the sale of my unit. Paid extra charges for "24 hour" turn around for a disclosure statement and did not receive it with in 24 hours. Calling regarding questions were not promptly answered, despite calling 4 times. Then when I finally got through to someone who knew the answer they were rude and talking about a separate matter. Also while owning my property they changed our bpay details with no warning or note at the top of the invoice.

One of the most extremely unprofessional BCM's I've ever encountered. They prefer to take sides and unnecessarily aggravate a conflicted situation, rather than taking a mediated stance supported by facts and empathy. David and his wife Lisa are the rudest, aggressive people I've ever met. They would sooner lie than show any form of integrity. Do Not Trust Them!! There are many other well respected BCM's to choose.

They are so rude on response and very well racist by nature never get proper response.highly not recommended to buy property when you see midwood body corp name.
