Although we had good service
on our first visit, there was a problem with our second transaction.
I had a call earlier today acknowledging a customer survey I had completed.
Stacey invited me back to the store to correct the issue. She was efficient and, having been in retail myself, had exceptional customer service skills.
I cannot speak highly enough of her and the business because she handled what could have been an awkward phone call and visit so well.

If I could give a 1000 I would! I havent been sold alcohol because I was shopping with my partner and I didnt have my drivers on me. Because I look less than 25! Bless you guys!

The bottleshop has had a huge refresh. Heaps more room and stock & variety. Very appealing looking store. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable too.
