Coles Greenslopes

Been shopping here for over 40 years. Great store and pensioner friendly. Heaps of parking too.

Did some shopping, had every thing we needed, has a toilet and a bottleshop near by and some seats out the front of the store which can be used for a rest. I appreciated the specials that coles has this week and look forward to more. The cashier that served me was lovely, polite and friendly. Thankyou for another great shopping experience.

Great service, went there 30min prior to closing time. The staffs were pleasant and nice.

Small shopping mall that Harper back to the sister years of the 80s. With smaller shops and more friendlier people that know your name.

Love the deli and the service it is the best Coles I have been shopping at.
I am a fan of the Zero yoghurt with no sugar but real fruit.
Great place we shop there every second day for fresh fruit and salad.

Awesome customer service and always clean. I have had to shop on Christmas Eve/other busy days and the team always does a great job keeping everything moving. Park on the roof for faster/easy entrance (unless it is raining)
The shopping centre could use another Facelift or do something better with the empty stores.

I really love to shop at Coles Greenslopes everything is well laid out and well sign posted. The isles are really wide. They have a great deli with a wide range of items. I am a truly loyal Coles customer and wouldn't shop anywhere else. I really recommend Coles at Greenslopes

Been one of my local Coles for years. The fruit and veg man and the ladies at the deli are all very friendly and helpful. Nice fresh produce, meat and bakery

Just wanted to acknowledge the operator, Sophie who served my mum and I today. She was lovely went above and beyond to help us. Lifting our bags to check they weren't to heavy etc. She was quick, efficient and very friendly. Well looked after store with great staff.

Personally, whenever I go to grocery shopping I get really anxious as to what bread to buy. There are just too many options! But when it came to deli produce at Coles Greenslopes, I was greeted by a kind worker that served me named Erin. She directed me to the perfect bread for the event I was planning! She was such a good help and genuinely made my family and I's weekend. Thanks Coles Greenslopes and Erin!

i was looking for some pesto pasta and asked an employee named logan where it was located he guided me and we found it within a minute, he is very well-mannered and kind and definitely deserves a raise!

I was recently at this store and was served by a brand new cashier/employee (Hannah) at this store. May I say she was one of the most efficient and lovely cashiers that has ever handled my groceries. She was very talkative and packed my groceries very well. 100% impressed.

Always love the deli produce at Coles but at Coles Greenslopes, I was greeted with a warm smile and was served by a worker named Erin. She was so helpful in picking which bacon cut I would enjoy the most and boy she was right. Thanks for making my week, Erin!

Got served by Elaine tonight, who made a mundane task somewhat tolerable. Great customer service.

I wanted to call out two salespersons. Jacky on the service desk and the lady that ultimately resolved my problem, though I don’t have her name. In Christmas Eve, I arrived at the service desk of the Greenslopes store and explained to Jacky my problem. I wanted to get a duplicate receipt for a purchase I had made 20-30 mins ago. I told Jacky the approximate total. Jacky looked tirelessly for my transaction while around her phones were ringing more people were lining up for service, it really was mayhem. Jacky was apologising to me for taking so long, I said there was no need for her to apologise to me as it was clear she was doing everything in her power to solve this for me. Then another lady took me down to the registers. I pointed out the register I thought I used and within a minute or so the staff found my transaction and printed me a duplicate. There was chaos going on around them and your staff stayed level headed courteous and helpful . I thought this was worthy of calling out.

Friendly and professional service by Maxine today! Helped me out with redeeming Master Chef Knives, which I'm very happy about. Store was also well stocked and clean.

A five star Coles among other Coles super markets!. Huge range of products and what I like the most is a full isle of international food items. This store has some range of clothing too. Super friendly staff. The elderly salesman has exceptional customer service skill and he is very friendly person. Thanks Coles.
