Journey Riverhills is hands down the best centre for my daughter. I'm glad I made the decision to move my daughter to this centre. The staff are warm and welcoming and always friendly.
Communication is prompt. The Educators are outstanding. What an amazing progress we have noticed since my daughter started to attend this centre. I highly recommend this incredible centre.

I've seen such a change at my son's childcare centre this year. More welcoming consistent faces around, especially in my child's room. The educators are active in creating a sense of belonging and providing him with tools to better his emotional well-being and promote his learning through his interest. I love walking through the centre in the morning, smelling freshly cooked meals and seeing all the educators say hello to my child and welcoming him to a new day.

We’ve had our children in this centre for 2+ years and we could not be more happy with it. The centre is small and welcoming, homely and inviting. The outdoor space is something our kids love and they are given the room and opportunity to explore and be creative. The staff are first class and become family. We get regular updates about the centre and daily photos of our children and stories of what they are up to. If you are looking for a good daycare for your children, then this has to be on your list to check out. Obviously it’s always individual and what works for one family may not work for another, but this place has been fantastic for our children in their social, growth and creative development.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Riverhills Childcare, from the exceptional management to the dedicated instructors. The childcare manager has done an outstanding job in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for our children. Moreover, the instructors have been instrumental in fostering a love for learning in our little ones. Their passion, patience, and creativity have made every day an exciting and educational adventure for our children. We feel fortunate to have found such a remarkable childcare that truly values the growth and development of each child.

This centre is absolutely awesome, There is such wonderful, useful resources in the rooms that the children are able to use and explore different purposes during play, the staff and manager I couldn't be more comfortable and happy with they are caring, supportive and so out going.
I've never been so happy and comfortable with a centre and that I'm not even in it, I feel so happy walking my Lil man in and me walking out as I know he will be cared for, supported and loved.
The past years I have been with my older boys when they were in daycare and from what I experience not only as a parent but as an Educator it made me so nervous about having my lil one be away from me. So I did make the decision to have him attend Journey Riverhills without me and I definitely made the best decisions he absolutely loves it there with the most amazing staff, I've never been so comfortable to walk into a place and know what you see is what you get. My Lil man has grown into such a bubbly and outgoing Lil man with the help and support of the staff

Returning to work after having my son was incredibly stressful. From the day we had our walk through of the centre to the days we came to visit for our “getting to know you” days I felt at home. The centre is beautiful and homely, feels like you are walking into a cottage with thoughtful displays of nature and beautiful cosy furniture for the children to lounge on while they explore all the interesting toys and books. My son being so young and breastfed had only really spent his time during the day with me. So I was incredibly impressed with the support and commitment of the staff in settling my son into his new place in the nursery. We were greeted each morning with smiles and everyone knew my sons name. My commitment to breastfeed my son was supported and even with bottle refusal issues at home my sons educators persisted with introducing his bottles of breast milk and have been successful in bottle feeding him, which has helped at home. The food is incredible and most mornings I am met at the door with glorious smells of home cooked meals. The centre uses Storypark app to keep me updated through the day about what my son is eating and his activities through the day. The staff feel like an extension of our family and I am so glad that my son will grow up knowing them all. We will be staying for a long time!

We love our childcare centre. The educators are so caring and amazing; lunches are always yummy and healthy; they provide many extra services and events such as haircuts for kids, school photos, movie nights etc. Our twin toddlers are very happy there and love every single educators they have. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Our kids have attended Journey Riverhills for the last year and have loved it! We were previously at a different centre and the differences have been like night and day. At Journey, the staff genuinely care, are very professional and always seek to address any issues parents raise. The core staff have been the same throughout the year so the kids have had stability and really been able to build relationships with them.

The kindy room has gone on several wonderful excursions catching the local council bus. They also had a few activities with outside instructors (dance, gymnastics). The kindy room completed a few kindness projects within the local community. The centre has put on several free community events (family movie nights, Christmas markets) which have been wonderfully run (organisation is next level!), the kids have had a blast and we've met other parents too.

There is great communication from Head Office so parents are always kept in the loop of latest updates, policies, etc. There are also quarterly feedback surveys. We could go on and on but in a nutshell, we have absolutely loved our time here, the educators are amazing!

When I went to Journey early learning Riverhills I knew straight away that this would be the place where my kids would come to for care. From the wonderfully attentive, caring and interested staff (actually interested in what they kids are saying, doing and their needs) to the very clean facilities, rooms and beautiful outdoor area, it really was everything I was looking for in a daycare centre and more. The staff are fantastic communicators and that really makes a difference. They are very interested in children as individuals and want to learn as much as they can about each child in their care. My kids adjusted really well to daycare here and if they were ever upset when I left.I am very grateful for date night for parents.

Vaneda, the brilliant chef at the centre, has been incredible with attending to my son’s dietary needs. She, and the team, have been instrumental in supporting his health and well-being overall. I am so appreciative! Thank you!

I have been at this centre for a number of years now with my 2 children. I absolutely love the "family" nature of the business. The staff are their number 1 asset along with the "Wholesome" meals. Mari is amazing at preparing these healthy, vegetable packed lunches and snacks. Once a month the staff put on a "welcome" breakfast and there are often events planned throughout the year such as Mothers Day morning tea, trivia nights, information sessions.. 100% recommend Journey Riverhills

What a wonderful centre this is! My son is very shy and suffered with bad separation anxiety. After a bad experience with another centre earlier in 2019, I pulled him out and decided daycare just wasn't for us! So when I was offered a position at work that I really wanted, the anxiety of sending my little man to daycare set in again. I searched everywhere for a family daycare or a small centre that I was comfortable with. But nothing felt right! Till I found Journey Riverhills. He loves it! The educators are so kind and attentive, the children are always engaged in wonderful learning and play experiences, and the centre is immaculate. I leave my son feeling calm and secure knowing he is being truly cared for. I'm so glad I found this little gem.

I just want to say how impressed I am in this Childcare
- every month or two we get a parents date night where they take ALL the kids for FREE so mums and dads can have an evening out.
- The last couple Halloweens they set up a fantastic service with free popcorn and stuff, jumping castle, reptiles etc.
- a few nights ago they did a kids art show. They had a bouncer at the front gate checking names (for show to make the kids feel special) . We went inside and there were refreshments galore, juice, sorbet, water etc. Also food platters to cover hungry kids and parents plus gluten free.

There is a reason we have put three children through there.
They have very dedicated learning program, significantly happy kids, and they will get involved and I believe support everything community.
These people seriously rock. I have met every single staff member and I watch their interactions with the kids. I certainly give my name in endorsing them based on my experience.

The team at Journey Riverhills are outstanding. Their care for the children is second to none and have helped immensely with my four year old and two year old and their adjustment into the centre. Having a child with anxieties is stressful enough, but Sue, Jo and Erica went above and beyond to help him feel safe, secure and excited about coming into the centre and his transition into the kindy program. He has come so far and is set to be ready for school with their exceptional help!

The educators at Journey give Eadie so many opportunities to grow and develop. All the extra classes (yoga, dance, gymnastics) and the delicious food (all with her dietary needs in mind) keep her happy and healthy. Eadie’s interests are supported and explored every day, and I have really seen her grow into herself during her time there. All the educators work hard to make the kids feel safe and welcome. Eadie is always excited to go to kindy, and gutted on weekends when she realises that she can’t go that day! It means so much to leave your kids with people who you know genuinely care about them. It’s a big deal, but they make it feel safe. They even support parents. Those date nights are life savers. I highly recommend them to everyone.

This is such a wonderful centre. The carers are so passionate and friendly - my little bub settled so quickly. I love how the centre is small - it has a real family vibe about it. Meals were great and I loved how nappies, food and sheets were provided - it was really convenient. Also very reasonably priced as far as childcare goes. Highly recommended.

JEL Riverhills is family for my three years old dd. She really loves her educators and friends. A very special thanks to Miss Kam, Miss Jo and Miss Susan who nurtured, educate her and made my daughter feel like home. I would also like to add the great values and reliability of centre staff which makes families happy and comfortable to leave their kids with this amazing team. Keep it up the good work ladies 👍🏻.

An amazing centre, set amongst beautiful big gum trees. You can feel the sense of community and togetherness as soon as you walk through the doors. The educator team are all long term and care genuinely for the children and families which is evident in their interactions. Would defiantly recommend 👌🏼

I have had experiences with a number of child care centers and JELC Riverhills stands out. Apart from the wonderful care and development given to my daughter, I love the way the center positions itself within the community and the numerous initiatives handled within ( participation at ANZC, dental programs for children, hair cuts, organizing Halloween for the entire community, the numerous excursions for the kids, date nights for parents and many more

My child loves going to Kindy here! It has a small caring community feel to it. The staff are lovely and they provide yummy healthy meals for the kids.
