Very friendly staff and are so helpful if you can't find anything you're after on the shelf, you can always ask them to order it in for you, no extra cost. They also have membership that you will get SMS to get 20-30% off, this is like once a month and hey its saved you a lot and you know some healthy or alternative products can be pricey. I like to get my coconut sauces ( soy free) and gf flours brand 'well&good' this flour makes fluffy pancakes and everything else that you would use flour, you want notice any different from normal flour. Highly recommend this shop for healthy cooking ingredients, personal care, supplements and other health & wellness products they have.

This is a fabulous shop in every way! Ash and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and will spend as much time as needed to assist your decision making. These are people who care. Friendly, helpful, and providing the best service they can every single day. We are very fortunate to have them in our Middle Park Metro Shops.

My new favourite supplement store! I’ve always been an avid online buyer for this stuff; but since finding this place I’ll be making it my go to spot. Partly because the prices are just as competitive for even better quality and partly because the owner, Ash, is a super nice guy. A legend really 👍

I highly recommend Wellness Nutrition for those who want supplements and health related products, I'm glad it's at the middle park shopping center, it makes it convenient to walk there after the gym and grocery shopping.

It has my all supplement needs and has a good price point, the staff are always friendly and of course you can ask for a particular brand that's not there and they can ship what you want in that supply of supplements of your choice.
