I had the best experience in store. I was looking for something to diffuse while studying and some supplements. The lady (wish i got her name) was amazing - patient, knowledgeable and just all round helpful. Will definitely be back!

Had a unique list of items I needed, so much so I was having no luck at other health food stores. Rang up Go Vita Mt Ommaney in desperation, and was greeted by a lovely and helpful gentleman. He had great product knowledge, and was genuine. I raced across Brisbane to get there 20 minutes before closing, he was happy to help with all my questions, and even went for a dig in the back stock for me, products they didn't stock he had great options in other brands, and his spacial knowledge of stock was suburb. I left with everything I needed and too much relief. I wont go anywhere else now!!

I've been going to this store for many years and the service is always great. The staff are so helpful, the product range is good quality and they always have what I'm looking for. Highly recommend!

Very welcoming and a wide range of stock. The lady at the service desk was keen to get customers the best price even when I didn't ask for a discount.

Bought a tree of life salt lamp and the wood was coming off the salt. I took it back and had to leave it there for them to speak to supplier. I did not hear back. Returned to see what was happening because I was shopping for an elderly couple and they had already worked out what they were to do with the issue and that was to replace it because 'apparently' there was an issue with the batch of glue. 2 months later the same issue with the replacement. I wanted to exchange it for a different style but they would not allow it. They wanted me to leave it there again until the Manager was on. Then leave it with them to wait for the supplier. Disgusting service. The issue with the glue not working on the second item should not be my problem. I should have been given a satisfactory outcome. The issue with the item should be between them and the supplier. Will not shop back there again. Pathetic customer service 😡🤬
