Hi this is Raj. Dr Divya Mukandan has become very important name in my life. She diagnosed my hearing loss and provided me with top of the range hearing aids I’m wearing, I’m using an app on my iPhone to answer the phone and to change the level of sound. If I’m in a noisy restaurant I can cut out most of the background noise. If I’ve got visitors with little children and if they’re being noisy I can quiet it down. It’s quite empowering really and I don’t think anyone would ever imagine that I’m wearing hearing aids because you can see they’re very hard to see and they fit really well. The attention to detail and the backup and care that Divya provided at Amplifon Southport Store in Australia Fair is above and beyond my expectations. Thanks for services. Everyone is very nice even at reception.

Being hard of hearing has had a huge impact on my confidence for such a long time, so I got the courage to get it looked at, I went to Amplifon Southport and was greeted by an amazing lady by the name of Maxine she was incredible she was kind helpful and made me feel comfortable she explained the process and went over and above to get me sorted, also a huge shoutout to Rod my audiologist what an incredible man he was very helpful and kind, i always thought hearing aids were out of my reach but they made the whole process stress free, I now can hear so much better and feeling really good, my experience there was fantastic I totally recommend Amplifon Southport

This establishment does not value your time! About a month ago, my father underwent a test here, and the audiologist indicated that he had experienced a significant loss of hearing, approximately 90%. She advised that a specialized hearing device needed to be ordered for testing and eventual purchase, mentioning it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive as it had to be imported from Germany. We were assured she would follow up with us. However, it has been well over a month, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, we received no response until today. Unfortunately, when someone finally answered, they were incredibly rude and informed us that my father's results were deemed satisfactory and that he did not require a hearing device. This sudden change of information has left us frustrated and without the necessary time to seek assistance elsewhere (my father lives overseas and is leaving soon). I would not recommend this place if you are seeking professionalism and reliability.
