Lovely, friendly and personable staff that are happy to help and guide you with any queries. They recently assisted me with a specialised drug for cancer that my mum needed whilst visiting me from overseas, ordering it in, and keeping it refrigerated until it had to be administered. Things don't always run smoothly for these folks, but they sure do work hard to fix any problems that come up. Any time I've ever had an issue any kind of issue with a script, they've gone above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for people with long term illnesses where you need to have a good relationship with the pharmacist and their staff that extends beyond buying over the counter meds.

Jess and Cliffton were absolutely the kindest people I've met. Special thanks to Jess for helping me during a break down because I got the wrong medication and the one I was given was $80 which i wasn't expecting to pay. I cried out of stress and she consoled me straight away and offered to walk me back to the doctors to sort out the issue. I was shy to accept her help but she insisted which was so kind of her. She walked me to the doctors while I was still extremely anxious and helped sort everything out for me.

This interaction gives me hope in humanity c: She could have just told me to go in and sort out my issues myself so she can get back to work, instead she took 5 mins of her time to help accompany me while im in a very anxious state. Neither of the two made me feel like a burden for crying. They were very accomodating

Kind hearted people DO exist, Jess and Cliffton are two reminders that this world can change for the better as long as we work together and offer a hand.

Fantastic Service they genuingly care if your after a pharmacy that treats you as a number don't go hear..They genuingly treat you as a person greet you with a smile and look after you.
