Great store, huge selection of products for a wide variety of all types of creatures that people keep as pets. Very tidy shop and all products are placed with love and care, that's amazing to see and makes you more keen to buy! There are some exclusive things that I only was able to buy online and never seen at other pet stores in Australia! Humongous selection, very easy to get out of control if you love your pet 😄 was surprised with the selection of food, toys and accessories for small pets. I also loved an idea of the guides on how to feed and look after small animals, we all were at the point when we didn't know where to find the info except for Google or ask around, and what a great idea having the guides printed out and placed in the store, thank you for that! Some things are pricey but I completely understand and happy to pay an extra.

THANK YOU NATHAN! Blind bought a harness for our reactive kelpie that unfortunately didn’t fit. My mum asked to bring a new harness out to see if it fit our dog who was waiting with me in the car. They offered for us to bring her in which we did. Nathan brought out treats and allowed a space to herself away from other dogs where she could try the harness on without feeling scared or intimidated! Pet City is a well stocked fish and pet supplies. If you life aquariums then this is the place to go. Also plenty of reptile vivariums Highly recommend... 😁

I absolutely love this pet store! Paige was really helpful, friendly, and informative, and she helped me to get everything that I needed to set up my new rat cage. The store has a really large range of products and my customer service experience was 110%. I’ll definitely be coming back, keep up the great work guys😁

Nathan was incredibly helpful with my dogs needs of winter coat and wind breaker even though stock was not on the floor he could have easily ignored our request as out of season but went the extra mile of measuring my dog up and getting samples to try on. That’s some fantastic customer service and totally unexpected. Hooray for Nathan! Great customer experience! Purchased a knit and a wind breaker. 10/10.

Loved the dog bowl, particularly the inside glazing which makes cleaning a breeze. The girl I spoke to about the order was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I'm definitely a happy customer.

Excellent communication when product was out of stock, sent remainder of order while waiting for the out of stock product. Was advised when product was received into stock and it was dispatched that day. Orders arrived quickly. Great work Pet City.

Absolutely amazing staff and great service! Pet City have a HUGE range of high quality products for every pet type! The staff are always happy to help and are some of the most welcoming people we've ever met. Very highly recommend this store! We buy 99% of our pet products here from our puppy's new harness, collar and lead to our birds toys and treats. Amazing store!!!!

I’ve been buying my pet supplies here for many many years. I used to bring my children here and now they are adults, they come here with my grandchildren. We love the shop, it’s a one stop shop for all your pet needs and food supplies. If you don’t see it in the store, they will help you find what you may need. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff as well as helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and they never run out of stock for my bird’s favourite seeds, pellets, food, supplements, toys, etc.

Walked in, was immediately asked if I needed assistance. Was given some amazing advice by a clear expert. Fantastic store and team. ‘Cuddles’ the scorpion is very happy in her new home. Couldn’t have had a better experience, thanks guys!

These guys are great! First order arrived within 2 days purchase. 2nd order was a bit more complicated.
I ordered a new snake hook and some F10 but then a book came in stock. I put the order down and gave them a call as I wanted the items to come together, not separately. They merged the orders together and it all arrived safely, again, within 2 days of purchase. I no longer shop at 3 individual pet stores because these guys have such an available range for my needs and delivery doesn't take 7-10 business days.

Great service both on the phone and in person. The woman in the phone was so helpful in getting the tank ordered. When we picked it up the turtle guy we spoke to was so knowledgeable and helpful- I’m sure our turtle would have been cactus by now without his help and the tank is perfect- worth the two hour drive to get there. Had a problem with a light and the after sales service was exceptional!

Amazing range for a salt water and fresh water aquariums! Honestly the best pet shop I’ve ever been into. If you are looking for advice for your salt water aquarium go see Jacob, best customer service I have had in a long time! Rod and Gordon are also great guys always willing to help out!

The greatest thing that the team at Pet City did was recognise that I had no idea what I was doing and I was only on their premises due to persistent whining from my children about needing a pet and a vague threat that without a pet, that they could not survive. The team at Pet City showed compassion and understanding... something I don't get from my kids.

Needed a new filter, Pet City have the AquaBac filter that I was after for my aquarium in and out quickly, staff knowledgeable and helpful would recommend to family and friends large range of pet products

Items are great as I have used them before, but delivery service was not great, live in a complex with a lift access code for driver to press my unit number to let me know I have a delivery but he didn't and I was not notified it had been delivered.

Truly a one stop shop for all your pet needs, from arachnids to rodents and everything in between. Best aquarium section I've seen. Plenty for your furry friends. But best of all they have a vast array of bird stuff and reptile stuff that the other shops don't have. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Can't go wrong at this place.
