Donna is my go to whenever I shop at Connor, she makes every visit to the store an amazing experience.Her exceptional customer service skills are unmatched!

Donna is very attentive to what I am looking for and offers some great suggestions to help me find exactly what I need, no matter what the occasion is. She is friendly, personable, and always makes me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Her confident and professional demeanor creates a welcoming environment.

Donna's knowledge of the store's inventory and the latest fashion trends is truly impressive. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I leave the store with the perfect fitting outfits. Her willingness to help,patience and attention to detail is top notch.

So impressed with Camilla and her team.
They were awesome helping my son feel confident in his pre teen young man’s body.
Not only did they dress him in the latest clothes they made him a customer for life.
He was so chuffed that he snapped his outfits to his buddies and they will all be heading that way.

The service I received this morning (9:30am -01/06/23) was second to none…great vibe, v helpful and was v impressed. Will def be a return customer just because of the service…(the garments were well priced too).

Camilla is one of the most helpful & friendly people I’ve ever come across whilst looking for clothes before. She knew exactly the right things to grab for my size & style - stuff I wouldn’t have thought to have even looked at. Went in with a budget, thought I could only afford two shirts. Came out with 3. Definitely shopping at Browns Plains store again. Thank you so much Camilla.

Great customer service from a young gentleman and lady who were on duty. Helpful in finding the right size and style of pants for my husband. Wish they wore name tags so I could direct this to them 👍

The staff were very helpful and offered alteration services to fulfill all your personal needs.

Amazing customer service from Connor as usual. Salesman helped me all the way through for selecting my suit. He seemed quite knowledgable as well. The store has gotten an upgrade witb bigger space. Good quality, and well-fitting selections as well. Good quality for the price paid (exceptions to some items though)!

Camilla was a great help in assisting us with wedding attire etc..we needed to make a change in colour scheme and Camilla went above and beyond to give us ideas and make it work. Connor policies also allowed us to exchange clothing stress free way later down the track so this was a Godsend for us and saved us from wasting money already spent. Lauren also was super friendly and assisted us in the beginning in choosing attire for our wedding. Both these Ladies are fantastic and super helpful. We will be back in the future for sure!

Just went to Connor to buy a suit for my sons formal, and what can I say about the amazing ladies who helped us. The two ladies knew exactly what they were doing and new there job. A big THANK YOU. The only thing is i wish I had got there names. One lady has been there for 5 years an the other lady was new. I would differently go back.

Most painless experience I’ve ever had buying clothes, i didn’t get the lady’s name but her service was exceptional, she could see I was in a rush to go to a funeral and went above and beyond to help me, thankyou for your help

Friendliest bunch of staff here! The manager especially! She gave us excellent service and was very accommodating to our large wedding party.

It seems there is a lack of men’s clothing places and this place does a good job. Good prices and selection. It does not have huge sizes but there are other places for that. I would call the place contemporary. We were buying for someone else but I could see myself shopping there too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Krish, Camilla and Emma all need a pay raise. My name isn't Connor, It's Josh and they still treated me like my name was Connor and gave the most refreshing service I've had in a while.

Connor always has a fantastic range of clothing etc. but what sets this store apart is the staff! Extremely engaging, friendly, welcoming & great at their craft.

The staff were friendly and approachable. They were able to help me find the sizes and gave me advice on the style I was looking for!
