Audika Hearing Clinic Helensvale

I truly want to recommend Audika to whoever is needing hearing aids. This was my first experience purchasing hearing aids and Rod (the hearing specialist), was very professional and understanding. I could feel that he truly cares for his clients. He was very thorough with the hearing assessment and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. He explained the different types of hearing aids and what would be the best match for my hearing condition. He also understood my financial status and tried to come with the best possible solution to find a hearing aids that matches my budget, which made me reassured. Rod and the rest of the team truly made be feel welcomed and made it an amazing experience. If you are interested in hearing aids, I recommend this clinic 110%. :)

Great experience with Audika. After the initial hearing test I had a follow up appointment with Rod. Loved how he talked through all of my concerns and I left with a very thorough understanding of my hearing. Look forward to future follow up hearing checks.

They were very welcome and helpful. Everything was easy and supportive until I went to the second appointment with an audiologist. He did not seem professional at all coz when taking off the headset, he let go the left side by accident giving me a big hit on my left eye and the next day I received a massive bruise and pain above my left eye, still painful till now (day 3) :(

Went to have earpieces fitted no problem..when I went back and told them I had problems with the Bluetooth app and some squelching in the earpiece ...i asked to try another type of hearing aid and was promptly shown the door and told not for you and basically kicked out of the store...I did nothing wrong...my partner was there and she couldn't believe it...the lady at the counter seemed to be used to how her employer reacted,,just smiled and told us to have a good day...no way I'll be going back to Helensvale Audika...that guy who is an Indian..is a deadset disgrace..impatient and just plan rude...

It's getting one star as I can't give it zero! What a disgusting experience. Staff are unbelievably rude and condescending - ask you questions and don't let you finish your answers before butting in over the top of you - try to speak to you like you're an idiot. Horrible horrible place don't go!!!!

Also the address on google is wrong - don't google map it as you will get lost!!!!!
