Pacific Pines Tavern

Just had the Prawn and Chorizo Linguine for dinner and it was absolutely awesome. The staff were amazing as always. It’s hard to find a family friendly pub these days but if you’re looking for one then this is it.

Stopped after a day at Movieworld. Both the Thai beef salad and my partner a steak sandwich were amazing. The Thai beef salad was sooo delicious. Beef perfectly tender with loads of flavour. We will be back! New menu out tomorrow look out

We reserved two tables for a Birthday quite last minute and the staff were incredibly wonderful with accommodating us. The food was amazing and came out very quickly after ordering, we had an absolute blast. Bonus points for the staff being absolutely fantastic to us- just a spectacular night all around.

Absolutely love this place! My mate and I came late and was about to close but they happily let us in to have a feed. The staff here are very nice and the food is delicious!

We went to Pacific Pines Tavern a bit late around 8pm for late dinner after a busy afternoon. Although there were still other people dining, our food was brought to our table very quickly. Staff members that helped us were so nice. One lady spent some time talking to us and our kids and gave my oldest who did not order kids meal an ice cream like the rest of our kids who ordered kids meals which included ice cream. Tables were well spread out and we did not feel squished at all. Best service we have had in a long while. Food was nice as well, better and bigger than what I expected to get at a tavern. But thier customer service just made our dinner way more pleasant. Kids enjoyed their dinner and did not stop talking about how good their meal was and how nice people were there especially this lady who talked to them for a bit.

Family dinner and pre Mother’s Day celebration. Clean and tidy throughout the venue. Specials board was very well presented. FOH team were very good, warm and friendly, fast service. Menu and wine selection excellent. All our meals were superb and above the standards of my two local pubs. Ambience well balanced. I’m a casually employed mystery shopper and retired Hospitality General Manager of 40 years. The only point that I can highlight is, the back bar lighting needs to be softer. Well done Pacific Pines Tavern.

The food is great, the people working there are lovely, great customer service. Great place to grab a drink and dinner. Karaoke night is so much fun with great local talent! Free

Stopped by on my 9 hour trip to the sunshine coast. After sharing why I had to drive so far, Huey offered me a coffee on the house along with my lunch. Great customer service, great food. Would definitely recommend

I went with some girlfriends for lunch yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at the service and meals. I say this because I have been very disappointed with the quality of food previously (pre-covid) & vowed not to return. I am glad the Bday girl chose there now, as our steak sandwiches were probably the best I have had anywhere on the Gold Coast 👍 The seating is comfortable & a choice of areas & the staff are all lovely. Will be returning 😊

Nothing but good things to say about this great place!! Absolutely loved the food, drinks and service! Shi was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time here!! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Lovely family friendly pub. I went to karaoke on a Friday with a friend a while ago which was so much fun. I have had friends who went to try the steaks & the ribs & were impressed with the serving size, presentation as well as the taste . I had the the nicoise salad for lunch which was yummy . ( which can be vegan / vegetarian option or can have added calamari or chicken ). I have tried the zucchini wedges before which were delicious. The pub was clean & the staff friendly & the service efficient.

Love this tavern, always the best food and staff. Have been coming down here for years and it has never been better. Highly recommend very family friendly

We have been going to the Pacific Pines Tavern for over 15 years. The meals have always been tasty, well presented & well priced. The staff are always friendly & helpful. A big thank you to Huey and the chefs. Great food, great service. Mark & Jo.

I have to shout out the staff here at pacific pines.
Especially Heuy who is always so friendly and inviting to this little abode.
Its menu here excels and I have to mention the new curry menu for winter.
Tonight I experienced the cooking skills of a great chef calawinnia. Nick name Winnie.
Do yourself a favour and try her Rogan josh dish and her naan breads. Baked to perfection to complement the Rogan josh.
It’s was spectacular meal. And I have eaten curries all over the world. Melbourne. India. Sri Lanka and this one has to be rated 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely staff and service. Great food, especially the steak. Spacious, very clean and a relaxing atmosphere whether you’re going for a catch up with a friend or taking the family out. Highly recommend

The staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. The food was great and so was the atmosphere of the restaurant. We will definitely be back again.

This has been my local for the past 10 years. Huey a Gorgeous staff member is always there with such a beautiful greeting, nothings much trouble, just good old fashion service. The current Chefs have made the best Humpty Doo Barramundi, great value for money :)
