Mark and his team have done an amazing job training our beautiful Great Dane Dusty. She has come home a confident educated well behaved young lady. I know that we have to also put in the hard yards to continue with her progress, but we have a great foundation to work on thanks to the team at Australian Pet Boarding and K9 training.
Mark always took my calls and updated us on her progress. They showed me to how to continue her training when I picked her up. She clearly loved being there and loved the staff as she showed a lot of affection to them.
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and I will also be happy to leave her there for boarding.

We had very energetic & mischievous 16 week old puppy who was struggling to focus & needed structured training. After just two weeks we collected a calm, well mannered and well trained pup.

Whisky is an enthusiastic learner and after we had arrived home, using the skills the team had shown me, I was able to continue
her training with confidence.

Highly recommend Australian Pet Boarding. This was the first time we had used a boarding kennel, and the whole process was so easy. Our dog Juno has since boarded twice here and also completed the 3 week training package with amazing results! Every staff member I have interacted with is obviously a huge animal lover, and has been so friendly and helpful. I am confident Juno is safe, being cared for and having a fun time with all the other dogs. We will continue to board our pets here and I know Juno can't wait until her next visit.

The team at Australian Pet Boarding and K9 Training have done a phenomenal job training my kelpie x, Koda. Koda was reactive to people and other dogs but with proper introductions and training, she became friends with all the staff members and many other dogs at the centre. This is such a huge improvement that I worried would not be possible but Mark and the team are amazing at what they do and have immensely improved Koda’s ability to socialise.

Mark and the team went above and beyond to train Koda. She adored her trainers and loved being there, especially running and playing in the paddock with her new doggy friends. Koda was far more calm and obedient when I picked her up. Mark demonstrated all that they had taught Koda and taught me how to continue her training and obedience.

I would highly recommend the team at Australian Pet Boarding and K9 Training whether that be for training or boarding. I will definitely be leaving Koda with them the next time I go away.

Our dogs love going to Australian Pet Boarding. Picked them up today & they both have slept since we got home, 2 very happy, exhausted dogs. Thank you Mark & team, you guys definitely made our weekend away easier with peace of mind knowing our dogs were happy & safe.

We have nothing but praise for Mark and the Team at Australian Pet Boarding (APB).
Our seven(7) month old Beaglier, Benji is a very active and extremely sociable Pup - with a wonderful, friendly nature.
Our main goal was to curb some of his habits - tugging furiously on the lead, stopping to socialise with every dog we see on walks etc etc.
The trainers at Australian Pet Boarding have basically transformed Benji in 2 short weeks. Our morning walk today was so different, truly. He was very relaxed, manageable and responded immediately to the commands given to us by Mark and the Team.
The setup at APB is outstanding and the Team all move in one direction - with the Pets interests at heart.
We thoroughly recommend APB to anyone - so they may have their Pet take advantage of a wonderfully talented Team in an idyllic location.
We will certainly take Benji back for Boarding and also the refresher course if required.

Frankie on the left spent 4 weeks with Mark and his team in August, she was never the most obedient dog but over the last 6months she has been getting aggressive and fighting Cali on the right. After recently having a baby I was starting to think I might have to rehome her😭 BUT Frankie done so well with these guys I dropped Cali off for some obedience training also!

Mark & his team did a great job with very big puppy. He took the time to help the entire family learn what to do, how to do it and more importantly why we were doing it. A great experience.

Australian Pet Boarding provided our dog with the best care while we were able to travel ! Each evening we would see if she made it to the facebook post that day ! 🤩 Outstanding staff, wonderful clean facility and the happiest girl when we picked her up ! I would recommend the hydrobath for bigger dogs like mine, it was one less thing to do when we got home ! We look forward to seeing you next holidays.

We couldn’t rate Australian Pet Boarding highly enough, we have now taken our dogs a couple times and will continue to do so! They are so well cared for there. Dolly and Mark have been great, any question we have had they have answered and we love the daily videos posted on their Facebook also.

Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff, with a great layout for the dogs to be safe but also play. Lola is so much better behaved now after her training. Lola used to be very assertive and aggressive, she wouldn’t listen at all. Now she listens to my commands, she doesn’t get aggressIve and is calm.

Thankyou to Mark and his team for achieving such a fantastic result with our strong willed dog Dudley. We were in desperate need of structured help and training. We are so happy we found Mark and his team. Would highly recommend.

Mark and the team are great. Morocco (our Beagle) stays and plays all the time and always has the best time. Our first choice always.

We had another family catch-up weekend down in Sydney and Findel came to APB in Kempsey. No fuss no bother. Easy and friendly drop off and pickup. Findel is always happy and well kept during her stays here and we will continue leaving her with Mark and his team. Findel was trained by Mark when Findel was 14 weeks and will be coming back now at 19 months for a little follow up training. Keep up the great work.

Cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. The facilities by far exceeded my expectations - it's truly a little doggy Disneyland. We were having a lot of behavioural issues with our 6 month old Doberman who was really testing boundaries and acting like a naughty little devil. After boarding and training at Australian Pet Boarding, our dog came back very well-tempered, calm and a pleasure to be around. She now performs all of her basic obedience training, and continuing her training is so easy and enjoyable now that she's back at home. Thank you so much for all your hard work Mark & team!

My border collie Haley comes up 1-2 times a month and absolutely loves her time here! I also love that I get to see her on the facebook page having the best time. Definitely puts the pet mum guilt at ease!
