No.1 Malatang - Rouse Hill SELLS THE BEST LAKSA I've ever had.

My wife Lassie Zia and I went there today and it was awesome. It was the first time too, we've ever done the whole "pick your ingredients" thing and it just worked.

I went heavy seafood and mushroom and they cooked it to perfection.

We also got the Apple Bubble Tea. I hate these sort of drinks, BUT THEIRS WAS AWESOME.

We love the variety it offers . The chili & garlic sauce is just amazing .
The concept in itself is very innovative to pick up what you love for your soup .

The ‘choose your own topping’ soup concept is unique and I was pleased with the helpful instructions provided. I went with a mix of beef, konjac noodles, spinach, sausage, ramen noodles, and fried tofu and the combination was delicious. The laksa soup was filling and satisfying, however, the price came out to be a bit on the higher side. Overall, I highly recommend No 1 Malatang for a fun and tasty meal!

Malatang served here is really good. It’s in the court in Rouse Hill Shopping Centre. So atmosphere is not good but convenient.

Nice to have No1 Malar Tang in Rouse hill, I do not need to go to city and Burwood. Same taste, nice variety to choose, my family love it.

Finally tried this place after walking by several times. Its fun picking out the ingredients. Staff were helpful for a first timer and recommended some things. Ever since I have been craving that flavour. Another comment mentioned the swirly ball with Caviar. That's an imitation sea urchin ball. It's bursts in your mouth and is full of flavour. Make sure you load up on the sauces too. The sugar was a surprise hit. I thought it was salt but when combined with spicy soup it made my brain tingle.

We wanted to go to chatime so we asked if the beepy things could go that far, it wasn't able to So they surprised us with free boba, the boba was also really good! 10/10 do recommend for food and drinks

So happy I dont have to go all the way to Eastwood for Malatang now!

Love it here if you like a bit of spicy noodles soup. Self serve ingredients of your choice. no.1 Malatang for a reason 👍👍👍

Honestly one of the best malatang I’ve had. Make sure to go early before some of the ingredients run out :)

My wife and I were very happy when we learned that No.1 Malatang was coming to Rouse Hill. We have been so many times since it has opened and it's never disappointed us, fresh ingredients you choose yourself and weigh up at the end for the final cost. The spicy ox broth is always our go too and it's always delicious, always a super fast turnaround. One of our favorite places locally for a quick and delicious meal.

Walked past this restaurant a couple times, never paying attention to it and only just last weekend i had the chance to try it out. I have never been so happy and satisfied with a restaurant like this before! The food and the customer service I received was flawless to the utter most. A kind and friendly team behind the counter made it really easy for a first timer like me to choose what I wanted. I would highly recommend this place if you’re into spicy, fresh and tasty food. Nice taste and very fresh food! I tried two soup bases (one malatang and one tomato soup) and both are very nice. I'll definitely come back and also recommend to my friends. Worth a try.

ive had it a various amounts of time now and its been an absolute eat every bowl especially yhe swirly onion looling things with caviar in it. will be a consistent customer for a good amount of time to come

So happy I don’t have to go to burwood for malatang! This one is amazing because it has so many different broths. I love the classic broth though. This is so soothing to the soul especially in winter

Man just like a lot of people say I walked past this place and thought about it but always ventured past it to go to other spots. It is always so popular so I thought I would go. Its freakin amazing. All I want to do is go back in fact I will tonight as it is Thursday night. Strongly recommend it to anyone who has not tried it.

Great mango green tea with lychee! I come here everyday. Never disappoints.

I always had to drive all the way to burwood for this Chinese yummy food, now I can just ask for a dilivery to my door only cost 5 dollars. Love it so yummy 😋
