Best butcher around with a great range of top notch quality produce. Paul, Ron and all the staff at Tender Gourmet Butchery Macquarie are very friendly and always helpful.

A wide variety of meats with friendly, helpful staff. A few very knowledgeable old guys, at least one with a wicked sense of humor are there to give advice or cut meat to your specifications. They have a few interesting sausage flavors that are worth a try.

Went to them this morning for the first time as they were my closest TGB. Service was awesome from both Paul and one of his team as they worked through the various requirements that I had (and indeed there were a few). TGB has always had really tasty quality meat and I expect no less this time. I'll write again if it's not so.

One of the best butchers in the area. Some really amazing options. If you love Wagyu or Kobe then this is the place for you. Also the best sausages you can buy.

Huge fan of this butcher shop, my favourite in Sydney. The Jacks Creek Wagyu is off the charts superb and the overall value for money on most meats is excellent given the quality. A point to consider is ordering online: I did for the first time today and got a great deal plus some bonus meat.

Family and I have visited this butcher numerous times, we always get a variety of sausage flavours and just ... Damn, they're always really satisfying, unique and tasty. We've all tried more than a dozen flavours and there hasn't been one we have not enjoyed. They rotate the flavours so everytime you come back you can try something new. Service is always noticably friendly, and the quality of the meat is clearly excellent.

Been to this butcher a handful of times over the last 18 months and I have to say the meat is always fresh and tasty, and the staff are generally happy and well informed.

I've tried several of their sausage flavours and they're delicious, as are the gourmet burger patties!

Pre-ordered for pick up during the busy Holiday season. They very kindly made fresh pies for me, as the day prior they called me saying they had run out and weren't going to get them made till the afternoon of my pick up day. I told them I was happy to come back the day after to get them as I wasn't free in the afternoon. To my surprise they had made my pies for my morning pick up! They apologized for the delay but I was really fine with waiting as it is a busy time of year. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond and saved me an extra trip. All the staff I interacted with were wonderful and I'm pleased with both the service and products. Thanks so much! The chicken and mushroom pies went down a treat!

I've ordered twice through Tender Gourmet Butchery at Macquaire. Once in person and second time online (for an online delivery). Exceptional service both times and exceptional quality meat. This is definitely our new regular butcher :)

Purchased 2 Jack Creek steaks. 1 wagyu NY strip and a cheaper MB3 scotch filet. Wagyu melts in the mouth and so juicy. The MB3 is less tender but still juicy and hence tasty. Save yourself some money, buy quality steaks and cook at home!

I just thought it looked like an amazing Butcher - judging by the aesthetics. Such good design to draw the eyes of anyone walking past. You can see them cutting up the meat and everything looks clean and fresh.

Im always sceptical when a biz claims 'world's best' but these sausages seriously are!! The pork/truffle/provolone sausages 🥇 but everything else i bought is top notch too 🦬

If you like quality meat and value for money you cant go past this place i've tried nearly all the different flavored sausages and other cuts of meat and I'm yet to disappointed,love this butcher l use to travel to Hornsby
