Although we did not move forward with the company, Wayne, who was the agent that helped us was super helpful, genuine and thoughtful.
He was responsive, considerate and gave us many options in terms of a turnkey package. Went out of his way to select and design a package that would suit our needs.
Would truely recommend speaking with Wayne.

Thomas is very friendly to deal with, the only problem I have is that I cannot provide more than 5 stars. Great people!!

I consulted to GJ Gardner Homes Liverpool back in March 2021 about a house and land. It was advertised back then with details including the price and all the inclusion package (ducted AC, driveway, landscaping, etc). The sales agent was initially very helpful in giving information about the process. I then paid my holding deposit. However, when we discussed the inclusions further, he told me that all the above inclusions are not included. I showed the agent a copy of their advertisement in the websites (which all these inclusions were stated included in the package). He sent me the list of inclusions (which generally include their basic inclusions) and told me that the inclusions above are not included. In addition, he mentioned that the price of the build has also gone up (this was only after a week of consultation, however this I would assume normal and the same with any other builders). I also had some issues from getting updates with the lot and had to contact the developer myself to secure it. I did not continue with GJ Gardner homes as my builder. I paid $5,500 as a deposit, refunded $4,500, with a loss of $1,000.
I just would like to share this so that others could avoid the same experience.
