Fantastic! I love that many of the staff that have assisted me or spoken with have community spirit and are family oriented.

My family and I enjoy visiting the Cafe and Garden area as part of our outings and the atmosphere is pleasant. There is also an indoor playground area! Perfect for those rainy/cold weather days.

While bunnings does provide a good family experience.. They also provide excellent customer service. When it comes down to business, Bunnings has me sorted!

Super helpful staff and everything we needed was in stock! The pet aisle of course was our dog's fave place to be. Cashier was super lovely and place was well maintained.

I’m still old enough to remember the little family run hardware stores. Yes very old. But Bunnings is great too. Helpful friendly staff. Also great sausages on the weekend.

Such a Big Bunnings Warehouse with everything, Staffs are very polite and helpful.

Bunnings Hoxton Park is very tidy and being one of the newer Bunnings around it is extremely clean although it doesn't have as many clearance items as Bunnings leppington. The staff here are super friendly and you can approach them.

Staff is always very help full in bunnings. But Prices are gone up way too much. I was paying 8.99 for a bag o coal and now almost 20 dollars.

Been going to so many different Bunnings but this is the first time i received the really good service. I can find almost everything I need here. Staffs are very friendly and polite. If they can’t help us they will still get someone else to come and help as quick as possible. The guy help us this morning is very kind. His name is Dazzy I think (Im so sorry if I couldn’t get your name right). He patiently help me and my dad to choose the most suitable lawnmower with the better price. Also help us to carry and it in the car as it’s quite heavy for both of us. Just want to say thank you again to Bunnings Hoxton Park team

I had a great experience at Bunnings Hoxton Park. One of the best Bunnings I’ve been too all thanks to the employees putting their all in a hard days work. I would especially like to thank Monika and Angela who were absolute super stars in sorting out a click and collect!! I can’t thank them enough.

Went to buy flowers to grow for my mothers grave and didn’t know what I needed a costumer helped me out after seeing how lost I was and at the checkout the old lady employee even told me her shift times and days so if I needed help I could ask her

I went to Bunnings 2 times to cut a key for my house and none of them worked. The 3rd time I had the help of the most professional and helpful young lady Alanah who works at the Hoxton Park store, who cut my key and it worked!

Easy to get to, parking wasn’t a problem, and even getting on and off the main road wasn’t an issue. Handy to have the food places across the road, and petrol station too.

Sam assisted me and also offered bundle deals that could be worth while. Despite not taking them up - I didn’t feel pressured or confused when discussing product features.

I stuck to my list and was very happy with my experience. My first time here due to stock availability (that I checked online).

Sam was well knowledgeable for what I was after and was very kind to show me around the warehouse to pick up different items (outside of the caretaking area).

Receipt (option) was sent via sms - handy not to carry an extra thing back to the car.

Loved that you can bring your dog inside too. Just makes life easier to get what you need and to get the job done.

Went early got some excellent bargains. Then got the ute I hired. Great place to hire from. Smooth and rather good price for 4 hours. Then back to get some more amazingly cheap homeware bargains and a coffee.
Really Happy. Good customer service also.
I will hire from here next time for sure.

my husband and I went to our local Bunnings Hoxton Park (1/09/22) last week & urgently needed some assistance with something we needed for new House.

I don’t know her name but she was friendly listened to our enquiry and directed us to the We were wandering around trying to find someone asked to help,, we needed help. We explained what we needed and She went absolutely above and beyond to help us get what we need. She was amazing!! (She is new staff & very young girl & her mother also help us very well.Both mother & daughter give us amazing customer service 👍🏻👍🏻

Honestly, I've never walked in Bunnings expecting to receive exceptional service but wow she was amazing because she listened to our problem, she suggested what we needed and she solved it. She just did it genuinely from her heart to help us and we felt it.
