The coffee at Rowees Cafe is the best coffee there is in Rye proper, as far as i am concerned that is, food is fresh and very nice too.
I find the family atmosphere and the peoples what run Rowees Cafe & Bar in Rye to be absolutely charming lovely goodly natured folks that i am gladdened to be able to give my money to for the food & drink they provide us.
I am happy to recommend them all day long for price quality service and taste.
Go there for coffee & foods and find out for yourself and you will see too.

An appealing decor, tables well spaced so no one felt crowded . A lovely friendly staff, good coffee and such delicious cake ( congratulations to the cook ) . Try the coconut macaroon or the carrot cake. Well worth it .

Good, wholesome, clean.
Visited with the family, with 2 young children in tow. Staff were accomodating and friendly.
Food was good with generous serves. Coffee was surprisingly good too.
All round, great venue and food :)

Rowees Cafe would have to be one of the best cafes on the Mornington Peninsula. It has fantastic coffee and really enjoyable breakfast/lunch.
Customer service was explicit and were very friendly.
Overall a really lovely cafe would highly recommend

Good atmosphere, wonderful service (friendly staff) and my tea was served in a plunger pot with leaves (not a bag) not the leaky, difficult pots I usually get in a cafe. Range of food is amazing and different - from cookies/cakes to pancakes, full meals and take away wraps/toasties. Plenty of parking across the road at Woolworth's. I'm a local and I love going to Rowees.

Rowees Cafe and Bar offered very professional clients services and exceptionally prepared food at a very reasonable rate....My lunch was excellently cooked and tasted delicious...I am certainly returning for more good well presented food and coffee etc.

Nice place to sit back and relax. Toasted sandwichs (some choice in bread type) are great. Fresh food. Nice tasting cappuccino and mochas. Good and friendly customer service.

We always head here for a coffee and they have the best vanilla slice but you have to time it right when they have them in stock
