Our wedding day was everything we could have asked for! Bullimah team are very professional and their passion is engrained in this venue.
We were an interstate bride and groom however the team were more than happy to make us feel closer by taking us on a FaceTime tour and inviting our local family to view on our behalf.
No question was a dumb question and having that reassurance as a bride planning the big day, was soothing.
Another bonus to this venue is everything is in the one place: various photo locations, getting ready quarters, short stay accommodation, an onsite wedding coordinator and chef. Great facilities, great food and great adaptability to each couples needs!

Went there for a wedding. The grounds and location were amazing! The employees there were lovely and kind. The food served for the reception was delicious too! Great place for a picturesque wedding.

My partner and I wanted to elope to save on costs and my family all suggested we just do it in a public park or something. I hated this idea and wanted to check out this place as it had caught my eye. As soon as we stepped foot there I was in love and knew it was the right place. The owners were so kind and friendly, the location was beautiful and it coming with our very own wedding planner was such a massive bonus. We had just over a month to plan and organise our wedding and we did it very easily with their help!! Everyone loved the food, the atmosphere, the decorations and the professionalism. The price we paid was extremely fair and if I could go back I’d choose them again every time.

Wow, where do we begin...From the very beginning we felt a sense of support, love and excitement for the anticipation of what our wedding day could be. Jen was kind enough to set up a virtual skype of the wedding venue (The Sunken Garden's, Potter's Well, Accommodation and the grounds) for my husband and I, as we lived in Perth. We instantly fell in love with the English charm and natural beauty. As soon as we decided to have our wedding at The Garden's Bullimah, Emily was a wealth of knowledge. From local vendors, accommodation for guests ,wedding timelines, run sheets and more, Emily was only an email away and no question was too much to answer. Communication was always free flowing and answered promptly. As we sadly couldn't have my husband's family attend (Covid sucks!) Emily and Danny did everything in their technology power to bring them to the ceremony and reception, we will never know how to repay you for allowing them to feel part of our special day. Our wedding day was always going to be a little different from the norm as we have two young children and wanted all of our guests children to attend. With ten children under the age of four present, we were thrilled that the grounds provided a safe haven for the children to run and jump around and the add on of large wooden games, provided hours of fun. Our wedding day was truly amazing from start to finish, the sun shined, technology worked and the food was amazing (Thank you Sally). The finishing touches; hot coffee, champagne chilled and a delicious breakfast the night after, provided a perfect start to married life! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day a day to cherish forever.

From the day we stepped foot at Bullimah to the day we said “I do” the experience with the team was amazing. So much attentiveness and care from the owners and the amazing Emily (wedding coordinator) who was always there to help with any questions or ideas we had - and we had many!! We were blown away by the amazing venue, and service provided to ensure we experienced an unforgettable day. A lot of work goes into making a wedding day special and unforgettable, and Bullimah definitely helped accomplish that, along with Brodie from BIB Approach (wedding stylist). They truly provided that extra special spark to make our special day so beautiful and memorable. 🥰

The Gardens at Bullimah is Albany’s surprising gem. If you’re visiting for the first time you don’t expect what’s about to hit you. The house, wedding reception hall and gardens are like The Hamptons with an Australian Cottage twist. It is absolutely spectacular you can really see the love that went into the design. It has everything you need for your wedding day and more. I have been lucky enough to style hair for many weddings here and I’m looking forward to seeing more couples at Bullimah this season. I married my beautiful wife at The Gardens at Bullimah last week, and we had the most spectacular experience! The Bullimah team (Jen, Danny and Emily) were so thoughtful, accommodating and attentive throughout our whole planning process and were there to make sure that everything went as planned on our wedding day.

The property is stunning. We had our ceremony in the gorgeous Sunken Garden, our reception in Potters Well, photos around the grounds, and we stayed overnight in the beautiful luxury wedding suites.

I feel so lucky to have got my absolute dream wedding. I could not recommend The Gardens at Bullimah highly enough!

I attended my niece's wedding here, in a word - perfect. The facilities were good, bathrooms could be entered from outside also, the lawn area where the pre reception nibbles and drinks were held was excellent and the food was contemporary and tasty.

I had the wonderful opportunity of Being the DJ/MC representing Deep DJ Co for Kaitlen & Jackson’s happily ever after, with some other wonderful vendors studiobloomandco, justloveandscribbles, benandebony 🥰 the day was so wonderful and this venue is so beautiful, not to mention the hospitality here by everyone was world class, should you be looking to get married anytime soon? We were married at the Gardens last December and it was beautiful. The team were our constant support and nothing was too much trouble!
Having everything onsite and in one beautiful slice of the Great Southern, we were able to truly relax and enjoy the big day. We can't wait to return to the Gardens for a friends wedding later this year x

The most perfect wedding venue in WA!

From our first email enquiry, all the way through planning (from the other side of the world) to the big day itself, the service was exceptional.
Emily was so helpful with answering all our questions and helping make decisions with all her expertise and was great to have her on deck on the day for any last minute things!

The minute we arrived at the venue the day prior - I knew I couldn't have picked a better wedding venue.
The gardens are gorgeous, the suite where brides get ready and stay the wedding night is so well thought out and decorated.
Loved the dance floor and the lights above it at night and the colours of all the flowers surrounding. Inside Potters Well is so light and spacious.

Staff on the day were all so friendly and approachable.

We genuinely had the most perfect day and I'm still obsessed with how amazing this venue was.
We opted for the intimate package and had 30 of our closest friends and family and believe it is extremely well priced for all it includes!

Recommend to anyone considering getting married here! You will not regret it - everything you need for your big day is right here.

Also to add - the food was outstanding! I was so busy taking in the big day to really take it all in, but the canapes and drop menu were all a hit with guests!

We recently had our wedding out at The Gardens at Bullimah and it honestly exceeded all of our expectations! Jen, Danny and the team went above and beyond not only on the day, but during the planning phase and in the lead up to the wedding. They were extremely helpful providing ideas and suggestions with things we needed support with. And nothing was ever too hard for them! Their “hands on” approach made our wedding day run incredibly smoothly.
The venue itself is simply stunning! The gardens are incredible and the accommodation on the property is next level luxurious! It worked perfectly on the day of our wedding and there was plenty of room for my large bridal party to relax and get ready for the ceremony. Amazing!
If we had our time over, we would not change a single thing about our choice of venue, and we continue to gush over it to anyone who asks (and even those who don’t)!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

WOW - What a venue!
We could not have found a more perfect venue to celebrate our special day of love. Our guests have not stopped commenting on the absolute beauty and versatility of the spaces around the property. The autumn colours were everything we dreamed of and more.

The team (Jen, Danny and Emily) were absolutely fantastic. They were there every step of the every step of the way and were beyond accommodating. We cannot thank them enough for all their advice and support.

The breakfast that was provided was delicious and beautifully presented. Sitting outside, enjoying breakfast while watching the sunrise, surrounded my those gorgeous autumn leaves, re-living our perfect wedding day on our first morning as husband and wife is a memory we will cherish forever.

We had our wedding at the Gardens at Bullimah in March 2017 and we truly had the best day of our lives! Gorgeous and romantic gardens, spacious and stylish accommodation and a huge amount of help and support from Jenny and Danny both during the preparation and on the big day itself. We got married in March 2019 at the Gardens and it truly was the most magical day! The venue is incredible not to mention the accommodation which is absolutely stunning. Danny and Jenny went above and beyond in the lead up and on the day to make the day run smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our wedding coordinator/ celebrant Anna Cameron was absolutely amazing, she helped assist us so much and we are so grateful for her guidance along the way. We have had so much positive feedback from all of our guests commenting on how they had such a great time and how lovely the venue was some Perth guests claiming to be better than Caversham House in the Swan Valley. All of our vendors did an amazing job. Wood Fired Catering Co. and Mr. Sippy Bar and Albany Limousine and Charters for bus service contributed to making the day a success. Could not recommend highly enough if we could give more stars we would! Thank you so much to the The Gardens at Bullimah for making our dream wedding come true!

My partner and I eloped at the Gardens and it was the best decision we could have made. Jen and Emily were very responsive, answered all of our questions and thought of things I missed. They worked hard on making our wedding perfect and thought of back up plans in case of bad weather. The Gardens are so beautiful and was the perfect setting for our wedding.

We can not speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received from Jen, Danny, Emily and the whole Bullimah team on our wedding day and during the lead up. Nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered and we were all looked after incredibly well. The weather wasn't the kindest to us on our big day but the Bullimah team handled it like pros, helping us realise our dream of being married in the garden (between showers!). We have received so many compliments from our guests about the property and facilities. The Bullimah team know exactly what couples want when getting married and how to deliver it. We didn't have to hire a thing, everything is there and beautiful. It's the little things that really give Bullimah that point of difference - like Jen helping to pin the boys button holes and Emily steaming our dresses, not to mention breakfast the day after!! Such beautiful people. We are so impressed with how beautiful our day was and how smoothly everything ran and we can't thank Bullimah enough for the huge part they played in that! We can't wait to be back celebrating our friends' weddings.

Such a natural beautiful place to have your wedding. My partner & I have been there a couple times to have a look at the venue prospectively (we have since moved up north so wedding plans are on pause). The buildings are quite grand, the guest quarters are spacious, tasteful, and elegant. We noticed the hosts seem to pay so much attention to small details and that is what we have been after. Location is perfect for us and our guests only about 20 minutes from York St (thinking of bus shuttles back to town for guests). Can see this business has gone out of their way to give the Great Southern Region a venue with a unique taste of their own and highlighting just how special Albany really is. Just full of class!

We had our wedding at the Gardens at Bullimah recently, and fell in love at first sight. We honestly didn't even look at or consider any other venues after our first meeting with Jen. The staff at Bullimah made us feel so supported and listened to, and really made the whole wedding planning process so effortless.

The venue itself is just outstanding. Not just to look at, but for wrap-around services that accompany it. Bullimah is a niche little paradise for couples wanting to get married in Albany - there is no other venue like it. It offers everything that a couple could need - beautiful surrounds, accommodation, a purpose built reception venue with a commercial kitchen, collection and storage of alcohol, an on-the-day coordinator, parking, pack down and all tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery included!

The Bullimah staff integrate seamlessly with other vendors on the day, which meant that we didn't have to worry about a single thing. We'll be forever grateful that we chose to get married here. We would highly recommend this venue to other couples!
