The car park is near to the trail. Easy walking up the trail to the top of Stony Hill. I went up the trail without difficulties with a five year old. Just be careful of the edge when at top. Don't let the young run around at the top of the hill. Very beautiful view at the hilltop.

Spectacular views, and quite an easy trek for both adults and kids. Path well laid out with ample signs. There was an WW2 signal post at top of rock and foundations are still there. Worth a visit .

Clear first thing before becoming overcast and drizzly.

An incredible walk to do!
Started out at 0630 am and made it to the lookout for 0730 am, a great place to stop and have breakfast. Walk is listed as easy, is mostly sand in some sections and will give you a good work out!

Historically significant WW2 radio tower was situated here, only a few traces left. Good views and a few kangaroos hang around the area. Nearby is the Peak Head trail walk with even better vistas.

A really lovely place to check out (just be careful of wind!). A nice spot for the sunset too!

You simply must read up on this before you ever complain of 'hardship' again....to have to live in a tent up here is .....!!!!

My favorite place to sit and feel the Earth. Views to die for and not an overly difficult walk. Worth stopping in if you're visiting Albany WA. It is windy so be ready for your breath to be swept away haha

Spectacular views of the coast and back towards Albany. Less busy than many of the other stops, but a worthy walk over the headland.
