Limeburners and Giniversity Albany

Unreal spot. Got in late but was very welcome and really enjoyed the awesome service and delicious tasting. If only someone hadn't parked in the way of the view, it would have been perfect! Highly recommended

After enjoying their whisky for many years up in Perth, we visited Limeburners distillery / restaurant for lunch and a tasting over the weekend.

The staff were friendly, informative and clearly have both a passion for and deep understanding of their product. We enjoyed the ‘Award Winners’ tasting flight, as well as an Old-Fashioned cocktail and a local beer. The food was served promptly, was tasty and suited the whiskies perfectly.

We enjoyed ourselves so much we picked up a bottle of the sherry cask to take home! Thanks again team.

Only tried the whiskey side of things giving the gin a miss, however was very impressed by the flavours I tried.
The service was awesome, very welcoming and non pushy with knowledge to offer if asked which was great.
Tried a pizza, dips and marinated occy with breads which was a good size for the price.
Overall, fantastic experience with a great view!

Friendly staff with knowledge of Whiskey. Port Cask with 61% is the best one.

Love the service and knowledge given. There’s a variety to try and do some testing ranging from $5 to $20. Would definitely come back again when in Albany and recommend trying Australian whisky

We stopped off today to pick up a bottle of whiskey for a special occasion. Mark was so friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to show us around. You don’t get the snobbery that you would get elsewhere, even with the world class reputation of this distillery. He was really down to earth and welcoming. He made our day.

Absolute must if you are exploring the Albany area and partial to some Gin. Really enjoyed our time here.

Sensational small batch distillery which is worth visiting for a tasting before you make a purchase. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly which makes the experience more enjoyable.

Thanks to the Staff at Limeburners for their great service, tasting samples and providing food on a Tuesday at 2pm, which was an ask at other venues in Albany. Hospitality was exceptional, the product offering was amazing and just the little touches in hospitality that make you want to go back and explore more, thank you. 10/10.

Absolutely world class whisky. Beautiful location. Fantastic service. I bought something very special (directors cut) that’ll be opened on a special occasion 😎 The place was short staffed (as is the whole hospitality industry right now), but they were all doing a great job. Supporting local business has never tasted so good! Will return as often as possible

We had a great afternoon tasting whiskey, gin and vodka. Sarah was looking after us and was very knowledgeable and just loved chatting with her. Very friendly and a great waterfront view with some great drinks.

Nice venue with both cosy indoor clutches and garden with tables at the back. Lovely staff ready to answer your questions.

Dark, broody, delicious. Great range and well advised staff. Really nice atmosphere for tasting world class drops. Not a place to spend an afternoon (no food on offer, but espresso is!) But worth a visit to taste their creations in an atmosphere worthy.

Had Lauren serve my wife and myself. Great service great conversation. I really appreciate staff that actually converse with their customers. Advised me very well on all drinks and looked after us well and above her duties. Thank you Lauren for making our afternoon
