Elleker General Store & Tavern

The best afternoon tea I’ve had in years. Real tea leaves, extra hot water and enough milk for three cups, all served in bone china.
Great service with a smile too.
A hidden gem!

Gorgeous little tavern tucked away in the tiny town of Elleker, between Albany and Denmark. Great food, coffee and atmosphere. Close to fantastic beaches.

Elleker store is great now. I had the tastiest fresh made roll and milk shake that were exceptionally good value. Really cool vibe. Well done, I’ll be a regular now.

Arrived on a hot day on bikes, very welcome stopover owned by nice people, stayed the night in the comfortable house next door, were fed lovely hamburgers.

Elleker general store is amazing, some pics are just down the road some are just next door, the gateway to the best scenery around. They have a great place there and have undertaken an amazing restoration and the owners are lovely. A must stop shop when driving the south coast. Keep up the good work guys

A wonderful General Store and a Restaurant with delicious food!

The chefs pies are the best pies we have had in WA, hell. Id even go so far as to say in Australia!
My partner and I were working on a dairy in Torbay and would be excited near the end of shift to go and get a pie. Worth the trip every time.
The beef and Guinness is so good! Craving it from SA.

I stopped by to check the place out and I was very happy with the friendly service from the young woman at the till. I got the steak and Guinness pie that was made in house and was very satisfied the meat was meltingly tender and the sauce was seasoned nicely overall delicious.

We had breakfast this morning. The dining room is so lovely in the morning sun. Tasty breakfast and a nice space for the kids to play! We went away with some lovely kids books illustrated by the owner with delightful Australian flora and fauna!

The place has had a change of ownership.
It looks light and up graded with the new color scheme.
Very refreshing.
Coffee and melting moment was lovely.

Looking forward to the music scene to come for Sunday

Had a lovely meal here last week. I had fish platter and it was delicious. The pizzas were amazing also.

The staff handled 50 members of the Over 55 Perth Bike club seeking coffee, scones, jam and cream. Great ambience, excellent scones and coffee. The latter was dispensed to provide an excellent product but it was not fast. There is some benefits from 'Slow Food'!

Great Fish and Chips. Always great friendly service.

This is a great place to grab a bit of fuel or a quick bits on your way through and you can even grab some drinks for later..
Even better if you have a skipper for the night, you can grab a few drinks here and enjoy your bight out, but remember NEVER drink and drive please I'd love to see no more drink driving deaths in the area or anywhere.. Have a great day, I hope this helps..

Never disappointed. So much care in the preparation of every meal I have purchased. Even the take away food.

Great place! New owners, they are open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights despite the closing time on google maps

Kids rode from Torbay Hall to the store along the Munda Biddi bike trail. Enjoyed burgers and drinks after a 90 min ride. Busy place for fuel, groceries and hot food.
