Spot On Removals lived up to their name. Everything was absolutely spot on. The guys were great and made the whole process stress free. Would highly recommend.

Organised a move from two houses in Perth down to Denmark with Spot On just before Christmas. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Very professional and personable and an excellent price that didn't mysteriously grow from the initial quote. Highly recommended!

Booked on 22/12/23 , received confirmation and signed contract on 28/12/23. Move booked for 19/1/24. No contact from them after that , tried sending several emails over the 3 days prior to move and rang multiple times, only to get voicemail, left messages for them to ring me. Still no response.
Finally at 8:30 the night before the move I got a text message saying they would be at my place at 8:30 the next morning. So stressful wondering if the truck is coming or what is happening.
Very unprofessional way to run a business .
On the day the 2 guys were great, very helpful and did a good job.

Arrangements for my move were made via email a week ahead of the move date. Despite me providing a confirmation and detailed directions about the address, when I rang to confirm the arrangements the day before the move, Mel said he couldn't do it because I hadn't confirmed with him. Fortunately I was able to get someone else (at 24 hours notice) who was also much cheaper.
Also, regarding the owner's subsequent response below, that simply isn't true, and I can prove it, if anyone needs to know. However, I ended up with another excellent removalist who happened to be much cheaper too.

Truly horrible experience, couldn't contact them for 2 months after booking despite multiple calls, messages and emails. They arrived at 6pm after saying they would arrive on the day with no time frame and didn't have almost all my stuff. They could be free and be too expensive

Literally ghosted my mother right before a move after we made a booking. Incredibly stressful for her and very unprofessional from their end considering they never returned our calls after a week of missed calls.
