Lilacs Waterfront villas & cottages

We loved our stay. The unit we had was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and had a picture perfect view with lovely greenery all around you and a view out over the bay. It has a beautiful walk at your doorstep. We got a friendly greeting. Would definitely love to go back.

We’ve stayed here at least 8 times. The location, accommodation and staff are second to none. I get disappointed when there fully booked because we can’t seem to find anywhere else that is on par. Thanks Steve and wife 😀

Just came back from a weekend getaway to Albany and glad we chose to stay at Lilac's. The cottage was amazing! Had everything we could possibly need and the bed was comfortable!

Very clean and Neat. Quiet location with spectacular views of the bay. . Close to town. A handy play area for the kids to run around. It was handy having a bike path nearby so we could all ride our bikes into town. We will be back

We had excellent communication from the property, prior to arrival and Check in was easy and smooth. The Managers are very responsive and only too happy to assist, with any queries.
This is a beautiful property that caters for everyone, from couples to families.
There are great cottages overlooking the playground and the bay, which would accommodate families. The location is lovely, right on the bay - and very convenient to access tourist spots, and the City. We had a spa suite and this was wonderful for 2 people, very clean, nice decor and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Lilac Villas for a holiday. We will definitely be back.

We stayed her with our 3 kids in a villa. It's such a great spot a bit out of town but still close enough to run in to grab groceries or dinner. We got lucky being able to see the new years eve fireworks across Frenchman bay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Lovely little affordable accommodation. Most importantly, Joe and Annette (caretakers) are absolutely lovely and will go out of their way to make your stay and trip hassle free.

Great value for money, good kitchen set up. Only stayed overnight so unable to enjoy the beachside location. Lovely lush, well maintained gardens.

I had to come to Albany for urgent medical treatment. My wife needed somewhere to stay. It was hard finding accommodation with a late check in. Lilacs came through for us. We are very grateful that during this trying time, my wife had somewhere to stay and I could concentrate on getting better. Very straight foward check in and Joe was extremely helpful. Thanks Joe. The bonus was the unit was clean and Lilacs is situated in a magnificent area of Albany.

Really awesome place, have family from Albany so visit regularly and it really stood out. Great value, views and property. Right on the water with lovely places to stay and great beds.

Fantastic Service, the room we stayed in was immaculate, the tranquillity next to the water was a pleasure to be around, fantastic veiw of the harbour, and the kids loved the play ground, will most definatly be coming back again
