Star of the Elms

As a local teenager who goes to this store very often to get art supplies, I can gladly say that this place is a very nice and lovely place to shop and always has anything and everything I need.

As for the lady who works there she is very kind and lovely and greets me everytime I come in!!!! __(^o^)/

Overall great store, you should check it out.

We are coming from Adelaide to Bright for the last 20 years.
Always coming back with shopping from Star of Elms.
Lady in shop and me ALWAYS have lovely conversations.I don't know why such bad feedback from other customers.

Love this place can normally find what im looking for but always come away with things i had forgotten i needed.

Nice little shop with lots of everything. The man who served me was very friendly.

the women who owns this place is very rude and doesn't help you if u need, my girls had gone in to look for cards and had told me the owner had followed them around and had be pretty much spying on them as if they were going to steal or something, just thought I would let people know that she dose follow you around mostly young people. I dont recommend this place at all please dont waste your money.

The owner of this shop should focus on developing basic customer service skills. Rude, abrupt and condescending. I won't be coming back.

The Lady is very rude and tries to make people go fast/hurrying them up.she is rude to kids and follows them around and watches them as they are not doing anything,she looks at you in a rude way as if she hates you and wants u out of her shop,i saw 4 boys go in the shop and get told to get out they mite of done something but is was verry rude.

Disappointing the way the lady in the shop talks to kids. Needs to adjust her attitude.
