Bright Centenary Park

One of the most beautiful parks I've ever visited. Includes a splash swim park and a swimming creek. Perfect for families on a hot summer's day.

I love here because when i came here in the autum. This is great place to relax among the trees yellow leaf and the birds every where. The sight and sound of the river to enjoy. Children's play ground, Barbecues and toilet facilities available. One of our favorite places in Bright.

This is the ultimate destination for family fun in Bright. Splash play, diving board into the Ovens River and a waterside into the river will bring joy in the warmer months. Plenty of spots for floating down the river aboard your favorite inflatable device. BBQs and picnic areas aplenty. A real gem 💎

Very very quiet place and beautiful views, place to unwind, relax and good for grounding in nature. Walk around thebriver is beautiful, even our kids enjoyed it. You can get clise to river at few spots too.

Great place to stop for a break or you can even spend the day here with the big playground for the kids. There's picnic benches and BBQ's around the park. Its only a 5min walk to the town centre or you may want to go for one of the many walks that there is along the river. You may want to go for a swim in the river in summer when it's opened up as well.

Love bright so much, the park is such a wonderful communal space

It is a beautiful place to visit in any season.

It is a long drive from Melbourne but the experience is absolutely amazing. The place is so busy and jam packed with people from different places. Parking is also a struggle but you’re settled down, you will begin to unwind and relax. It would be nice to stay here for one night and drive towards the Alpine.

We often take the drive to Bright, being only 40mins away, it's good to get out and enjoy the park and walking tracks.
Summer is good for a play in the water park or cool off in the river.

The boy loves the playground and always makes new friends when he's there.

Place does get a little busy, so try and enjoy the place in the off season, just take warm clothes.

So beautiful and family friendly. Nice to sit with a cup of coffee and chat . Kids can have fun on the playground.

Fantastic park to come for a picnic, go for a swim, take a walk or families with kids. There is a huge water-park with incredible and fun gadgets for kids to play and the location in the middle of nature next to the river is super scenic. There are also some waterfalls across the river and you can cross them by going over the bridge. Extremely beautiful and scenic spot.

Great spot for the whole family, river access, water play, playground, toilets, bike path and cafes close by.

So much fun! You have to commit to getting wet and a bit cold(depending on weather)!
Bring a picnic blanket, some snacks and enjoy an amazing day in nature with your family.
Then if you are feeling extra adventurous, jump in the river! 😀🌊

Great park.. Gets busy during public holiday weekends and school holidays.

Anywhere in the Bright township area is enjoyable with lots for all the family to enjoy. Walks upstream or downstream along the Ovens river then a local craft beer or cider. Yum.
